Oh my goodness!!!! Best service I've had in a very long long time! I was only going to look at one new pair of glasses and Karen came over and saw me browsing and she absolutely knew what would look good on my face I had no idea and my goodness did she ever make me feel confident and beautiful. Customer service here is great. I do contest the quality of their lenses however. They feel like plastic. My single distance lenses are great when clean, however I cannot get them properly clean with any eyeglass cleaner. I've had 6 glasses prior and never had an issue until now, and have the issue with all 3 I received (single distance, single distance sunglasses, multi-focal). I previously had glasses from 3 for 1 in Hamilton and didn't have any issues and their lenses felt like real glass, unlike this cheap stuff.

Broke my glasses last night and was told at another glasses store I would have to wait 2 weeks for a new pair. 3 for 1 glasses (woot Sherri!!) were so awesome and totally accommodating!! Sherri found me a pair that suited my awkward face (????) and the amazing staff had my lenses fitted and ready to go in under 10 mins! And the price was ON POINT! I will absolutely be returning.

My daughter is legally blind without her glasses. I called around noon and by 3pm you guys helped us out in so many ways. You replaced my daughter's frames and charged us very little. I am speechless. This place never ceases to impress & amaze me with their customer service. The first time I visited here was a little over 4 years ago after a severe car accident my mother & I were in. My mother unfortunately passed away and my life since has been a series of unfortunate events. I came to 3 for 1 a couple days after the accident, since mine were destroyed. I was immediately met with Don, who offered sincere condolences and empathy for myself and my family. He went above & beyond to ensure I was in the right hands and was taken care of. Throughout the years, I have visited for much needed quick fixes or a new pair, due to negligence on my part. Don ALWAYS remembered who I was. This seriously impresses me as I work in retail and I can't even remember who I said Hi to a couple minutes prior. But he always remembered. He also always ensures that the new frames meet my budget and offers honest feedback to which pair is best for me. Today, after weeks of putting off looking into a new pair since I last broke mine, I decided to go treat myself on Mothers Day and see what I could find. I was immediately welcomed by Don's friendly smile and a " It's nice to see you!". Don & 3 for 1 remind me of kindness and how a little gesture can really go such a long way for someone. As I was waiting for them to alter my new pair, an associate came to me and mentioned how I don't have to worry about the cost. That they were going to give me this pair for FREE. Needless to say, I began to cry, but I needed that cry. Thank you SO much Don & 3 for 1. Your kindness is something that I will never forget, and I will continue to exemplify what you guys exemplify to life, each & everyday. I will be a customer for life.

Great guy. But Don isn't there anymore and the staff there should all have taken lessons from him. They seem irritable and mean spirited now. He should have been in charge of the whole op. In AWE of this business in every aspect. Glasses are amazing so many styles and colors! Their customer service is beyond fantastic they help you get what you want and not to mention multiple employees were sure to compliment me on the glasses I chose! they were very personable and easy to talk to. The space is spotless, and did I forget to mention the PRICE??????? $480 I got 3 brand new pairs of glasses with anti glair and then they replaced the glass in my old glasses that were scratched all for 480 dollars WOW I can't thank you guys enough! This is the best glasses store in Brantford. Every time I have been there they have always greeted me with excellent customer service and show that they genuinely want to help all the clients that walk through their door. Glasses can be so expensive, but the deals you get here make you feel like you underpay. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for the perfect glasses store.

Brought my daughter in today, in hopes of getting her new glasses before she left on her trip next week, and if the offer of them "rushing" her order wasnt incredible enough, they not only helped her in choosing styles that made her feel her best self, they also had a pair ready for her in less than 15 mins!!! Can’t wait to return. Amazing service, fast friendly and couldn’t be happier with the quality :) My glasses broke today, after having them a year. I popped into their new location, expecting to be out of luck and in a bind without being able to see for a while. Nope. They (as a team) looked me up in the system, found some similar frames, said they could have my lenses shaped and put back in in 5 minutes(and they did :)) No charge.and then proceeded to adjust my sunglasses clean them and send me on my way. Will definitely be using them for my whole family and recommending them to others :) Thank you :)

Hours aren't updated on maps. This company has a whole new set of workers. It was the other guys that kept me coming in They were ace people Nd awesome customer service. Now the new people are impersonal, standoffish, and not very helpful or perceptive. This will be the last pair of glasses I get from here. Fyi I hear they are changing their name to hindsight 20/20.

I purchased my first pairs of 'real ' glasses from this shoppe and could not be more pleased with the product and my experience. The staff are all so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Like most businesses they profess to guarantee satisfaction and they really do follow through. I was unable to get used to one of the pairs of bifocals that I bought and they replaced them with a better option with no questions asked and no extra cost. This place is amazing. The staff were super helpful. My mom has cancer and her eyes have gotten drastically worse in the last year. Not only did they take the time to help her decide, they even allowed her to go thru a box of glasses just delivered to help her find pairs that she liked. She opted for bifocals at the time. However the chemo and other medication makes it hard for her to get used to the bifocals. She went back to get two pairs to have reading glasses in the original pair and then get a new one that would help her see distance. Not only did they offer to change the original pair but they also gave her a new pair for free. Simply amazing kindness, this shop really cares about people. I will be getting my glasses here from now on.

Wow horrible place. Waiting 45 minutes to be served. Then when getting the glasses there was a delay and even the slightest complaint the guy was absolutely horrific and rude and said he didn't want us as customers and to go elsewhere. I was appalled. Zero customer service skills. Probably the worst establishment I've ever been in. Do yourself a favour and don't go there. Even if they warranty your glasses, good luck ever replacing them - their attitude is cocky and a "better than you" attitude - unless you get the girl who works there.

I broke one lens in my glasses late last night, and they had me sorted out within 20 minutes of walking in the door! They set me up with a new pair of lenses! While there, I picked out another frame to get more glasses as a back up. The staff were fantastic, and I will definitely be back with my wife for her glasses!

I dread picking out new glasses because I'm very picky, and I have a hard time making decisions! Especially with glasses because your spending a lot on them and you have to look at yourself in them everyday for a while. The selection was great, and more importantly the girl helping me was fantastic. I went in with my mom who is lovely, but not much help.... She thinks everything looks good on me lol. So to have the girl there to give her opinion on which ones look good, and why, and vice versa was extremely helpful. I picked out my glasses and left a happy customer. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend....not to mention 3 for the price of 1??? Great deal!

Was not given an "expiry" date, and never received any kind of notice that I had to get the second pair by a certain date. Not impressed, as I paid for a deal that was for two pairs and ended up with only one. Not a very good deal!

Just had the most amazing experience at this location by Don. I had lost my glasses canoeing today, and was rushing to beat the 5pm closing time when I had called and Don had offered to stay open a little later to help me out. He gave me advice on which glasses looked best, he installed the lenses right then and there, worked around my budget AND even cleaned my sunglasses/fixed the nose clips. When I mentioned how I believe he was the one who helped me 3 and a half years ago when I needed new glasses after an accident, he remembered ME. The most amazing customer service. My vision got worse with glasses!! I did my eye check up for the first time here about last year. After wearing prescribed glasses I was not able to see clearly with one of the eye but it was much clear without glass. I think my doctor made mistake during check up and gave me wrong prescription. However, according to them I have to wear it at least for 3 months but they were not willing to do recheck. It was not possible to wear glasses for three months as I was only able to see through 1 eye with glasses which made my normal life complicated.

I went to 3 for 1 and received great service and a very fair deal. I hesitated as I only need one pair but they let me know off the bat that I didn't need to get 3 pairs, though that would have been an exceptional deal. I told the salesperson what I was looking for and she brought me a couple pairs, described the features, answered my questions and let me try on a bunch on my own. I probably tried 40 pairs and left them strewn about (no one there seemed bothered by the mess I made). I ended up buying a pair she brought me. They are lightweight, with durable and flexible arms, and had sunglasses that clip on unnoticeably. When she left for a break she made sure to let her colleague know to help answer any questions. He explained they could cut me a deal if I just wanted the one pair. When I made the purchase she checked and saw they had my prescription in stock, so I was able to get the glasses in about 20 minutes. The optician did a measurement of my eyes and when he was making the glasses, he actually let me come back to watch and explained the process. He is jovial and it was cool to see. It also made me feel even more confident in them. He and the salesperson made sure I was all set, gave all the supplies, explained the warranty and everyone who helped me wished me a good day.

Uhm hello? Customer service is 10/10 would go in just to talk to these folks for no apparent reason because they all are that chill. But I wouldn’t do that cause that’s awkward. But anyways prices are ridiculous to the point where you question the quality but the quality is pretty damn great for such good prices, nam sayin? Went in with my own frame to get my lenses done here and these guys finished them within an hour for me???? How great is that?! If I had 50 pairs of eyeballs I’d go in to these guys for all of my glasses. Gr8

This place has fantastic customer service, wide selection and awesome prices. They work with insurance as well. They will understand your specific needs and work very hard to make you a happy customer. I recently went in with broken glasses (purchased there a year ago) and was able to walk out in less than half an hour with a good as new pair.
