Awesome place to get your eyes checked. I had an appointment with Dr. Costa and she was very knowledgeable, professional, and gentle when examining my eyes - definitely the best optometry visit I’ve ever experienced. The staff is also very kind, the place is very clean, and you can also buy glasses and sunglasses here.

I want to start off by saying I have been going to Milton Optometry and seeing Dr.V. for about 3 years. For my first few times going there it was great. My last experience not so great. After seeing Dr.V and telling him my concerns he gave me a prescription. I got my new glasses and can't see. I called the office to explain and they said the prescription was right. I went from a +0.75 and was given anti fatigue lenses with a +.25 now.. so it went down... how does that make sense. So after going back and forth with the manager and me explaining to her that I could not see and that the lenses were too weak she said ok can you come in to get retested. I said I can come after 6pm. She said Dr. V doesn't work late. I explained to her that my work isn't very flexible and that it had to be after 6pm. She asked if I could come in at 9:30 , I said no because I am working has to be after 6pm or a Saturday. Well next available apt is June 1st. almost a month to get in to get retested for a prescription that was incorrect. Im sorry but I feel like if it's his mistake then he should try to make it right. He's not willing to fit me in any other time. I requested a refund for my $140 eye test so I can get retested and they said no. So now I have a prescription that's incorrect, I'm out $140 and I had to get a second opinion and pay for another test. I'm sorry but Milton optometry lost my business. Poor customer service.. they girls in there may be nice but they don't know what they are doing. They forgot to charge me for my initial test and I had to call after to pay over the phone. They booked me for an eye exam for next year and when I asked the girl when it was she told me to not worry I didn't need to know the date yet, she would message me a month before to remind me. Who books you an appointment and doesn't give you the date? I don't know. This experience left me with a bad taste and I won't be going back, neither will my husband or my son.

From the friendly staff, the thorough exam, the explanations given, the variety of lenses - it was all a very enjoyable experience! If you need a New optomitrist in Milton, you HAVE TO come here.

Milton Optometry is absolutely fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the entire process. The office is absolutely beautiful and clean, and the staff and choice of lenses is out of this world. We see Dr. Cvercko and she is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and great with my young kids. All the staff are so friendly, but we usually deal with Jennifer and she always helps us pick out the best frames and makes the experience so pleasurable. Hands down the best place to go in Milton for all your optical needs.

My whole family has been going to Milton Optometry for years. Dr. Vrkljan is very friendly, professional, funny, thorough and puts the kids at ease. Jennifer has helped us with the process of selecting glasses frames as well as getting contacts and she makes the whole process fun and memorable. My appointment was for 5:30 pm, I arrived on time, kept me waiting for over 30 mins and the whole place has one small flat sofa without back rest, and if 2 people are sitting there you've to stand up. I was told that they had an emergency that they had to take that pushed everyone behind. The optometrist was nice, he explained things in details but tried to push for expensive stuff so be prepared. Be prepared to pay big $$ because they're over priced, they charge $120 for eye test, others I went to (not costco) charges 70-80$, so I still fail to understand why this place charges that much where there is absolutely NOTHING they offer that is different from any other place.

I am beyond happy with Dr. V and the entire staff. I had gone in for an emergency one day and they took me in right away without even waiting. Dr. V is honestly the best optometrist. He takes his time with the eye exams, and makes sure he checks everything to the point before letting you leave. He made sure i came back for my follow up appointments because he was concerned about my eyes. They are very professional and so friendly and nice. I would def give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I was so happy years ago when I took my kids there but recently with new office or new owner probably, we experienced unprofessional team and unexpectedly when we asked for a copy of my child's prescription, they asked $25 for a copy or 1 email. We would never go back there where they seems care only for $$$$..$25 only for an email seems very unreasonable. They will lose more patient if they charge and not care for patients..

Dr. Vrklyan takes the time to get to know you, understand your eye care needs, and you never feel like he or anyone else in his office is trying to "sell" you anything. He always has time to chat with you and you never feel rushed. I've been to eye doctors where you feel like you're in a factory, and Milton Optometry never feels that way. My family and I won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Cvercko was fantastic with my 1 year old twins. Our family doctor noticed something with one of their eyes and recommended a full exam with Milton Optometry. Dr. Cvercko was really great with the kids, very thorough, and got us timely referrals to specialists. I will be coming back for my own checkup now with Dr. Cvercko!

I came in May for an eye exam and sunglasses. Ended up buying them and everything was squared when I left the store payment wise. Went back to receive the sunglasses and they were deformed. Asked for an exchange was provided one and was told to come in when the manager was in. I went in when the manager told me to come in and was told the manager was not there and that no other employees could help me with my exchange so I was told to come back in a week. I came back manager again was not there and funny enough an employee happily helped me with my exchange. I was told my glasses would be in in 6-7 business days. I called two weeks later and they said they had been shipped and I should be getting a call within a few days for pickup. Another week passed I called and then was told my glasses were never shipped due to not passing a safety inspection. It took a month and a week for my glasses to come in. When I came in to pick up staff were all standing around discussing personal life and were not friendly what so ever. I received my new pair of sunglasses to then be told I have an outstanding payment from my appointment back in May. This is now JULY! How is it that management never said anything? I have been in and out of the store multiply times since May and no employee has stated such payment to me? Absolutely Ridiculous. Really not happy with my experience and I have been coming here for quite a while. Unfortunately I will not be back. The optometrist doesn’t even explain the results of your eye exam to you!

I've been here for a few visits and at first my experience was great, but following this, it went downhill. Had nothing to do with the doctors and all with the administrators. I had called and spoken with an Amanda (from what I recall) regarding eye drops for my severely dry eyes. She said she would speak with the doctor and get back to me. She called me back and told me what the doctor suggested and I told her to put it aside for me and I would come to pick it up. She understood this request. She said that it's ready at the front in a box with my name on it. The following day I go to the building and the reception has no idea what Im talking about. There are no notes and no reminders. Shes asking all the other admin staff and no one has any idea about a hold that was supposed to be placed. At first I didnt mind waiting, than when it became a 30 min wait I became irritated. Don't tell me it's ready when it;s not. For a location that has AT LEAST 3 admins available no one seems to know what they're doing.

I was told that my glasses would be ready within 5-10 business days... It's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten them. I've called back numerous times to ask when they would be ready and each time the reply would be "it's been delivered, we'll call you back tomorrow". it's been 2 days since I called... let's see how many more days it'll take. It's getting so incredibly frustrating.

I got wrong prescription. I see stuff blurry after spending lot of money on my new frame. Mistakes can happen by any one anywhere but its what you do about it. This is where my experience gets worse: 1- When I went back to get re-tested I had to pay again. 2- My revised prescription lense is half the price of my first one so I am now out of money as there are no refunds. 3- I called the clinic to complain and requested the owner / Dr to call me back. Few business days later no call back yet.

Ordered glasses for my daughter 7 weeks ago, still getting the run around and all the excuses in the book, no courtesy call or email but have been told email was sent which it wasn't, after making 4th call to inquire why its taking so long only to be told false information again and all the excuses, wont be returing to this unprofessional business.

The staff at this clinic are nice, they did mess up my appointment and my families appointments but that's ok, human errors do happen. I had my exam done with Dr. Petra Costa, she was honestly amazing. She checked things that no previous optometrist ever checked. She was so kind and smart, she really impressed me! She even FIT contacts to me! I got to take home a trial to see how I like them...I've worn contacts in the past and hated them and all because I was never properly fit. I highly ..recommend this clinic, great for families

Great staff working at this location especially Caryn & Tori. Caryn pays a lot of attention to your comfort when you go in and also is very helpful whenever you call in. In my 1st visit, I felt that Dr. Philip Vrkljan was a bit rushed with the appointment, but did not looked rushed in the 2nd visit. Will be able to say something with confidence after 3rd visit (which is pending) Will update my review after 3rd visit

I have been visiting Milton Optometry since last year with both my kids and let me begin by saying that the doctor is good with kids and quite thorough with his approach. However, I’m very dissatisfied with their front staff. My younger one who is 4 and has been seeing the doctor for lazy eye for past few months was eventually prescribed eyeglasses. I have seen the doc at least 2 times in past 1 month and never was I told about the Eye See Eye Learn program where JK kids get free first eye glass. Had I been told about this participating program I would’ve opted for it..and made appropriate appointments sooner to avail it...I missed the deadline by 3 days. When I called them to ask about it and the program, the receptionist clearly denied the cut off (it’s on ESEL website, by the way). I’m thoroughly disappointed with Milton Optometry. If you are a part of a government initiative, let customers know..and not wait for deadlines to pass so that they are forced to purchase a frame from you!! Certainly, I’m not going back.

I have been coming here for a few years now. I usually see Dr. Vrkljan, but he was fully booked when I needed my most recent appointment. This time I was examined by Dr. Costa. Both of these doctors are fantastic! They are super friendly and take the time to answer all of your questions. And most importantly, they have a lot of patience when it comes to flipping back and forth between the lenses during your eye exam. This clinic also uses high end (and non-invasive) technology to check your eyes and examine things such as how intact your retina is - they show you the images on their computer and explain your inner eye health to you.

BEWARE! - make no mistake, this clinic only cares about the dollars in your pocket and not your eye health. They will present as overly friendly but this is a ploy to get your money, so don't be fooled by the wolf in sheep's clothing.

This WAS my preferred location for 3 years. Unfortunately they failed to meet their customer promise. Forgot to contact me when glasses I was interested in we’re in. I had to take initiative to call and remind them to make an appointment. They ordered a style that I really liked and when I came in to try them on, they told me they had sold them. Didn’t feel like a customer, made me feel more like a nuisance.
