Kiran and Varinder were so sweet and helped me choose the best frames. For a while, I had some trouble with my vision, Dr. Shah was very informative and helpful throughout the eye exam and spent some time giving me a good prescription for contacts. HIGHLY recommend everyone to give Kanda Optical a visit!!!

My New glasses place! Neha’s customer service is above and beyond. She made our first experience amazing. My family was going to another optical for years and have not regretted moving over to Kanda. It’s great they do direct billing with certain insurance companies and they work within your budget. Their stock of designer eye wear and sunglasses are awesome and very trendy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They also have an optometrist that comes in so you can have your eye prescription checked. One stop shop! Go and ask for Neha and she will take care of you :) Note: it does get busy on the weekends especially Sunday so going mid week during the day is better if you want to Avoid the crowds. Loving our new glasses just in time for spring!!

Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. As one reviewer mention, the guy at the counter is very rude. Customer service is very lacking, they just want to seal the deal and get you out. I have been to others stores like Lens Crafter, and Hakim, where staff are more knowledgeable and really take the time to address your needs.

Prices are horrible and staff is very rude...the guy who works there don’t know how to talk once u compare price with any other store he got upset and talk in very rude tone. His price is almost double then what it should be.... Beware to go to this place a complete rip offf....and no customer service skills...I regret to even give them one star. The owner should teach the young boy working there how to talk to customers...he jumped in the conversation while I was dealing with the lady working there.

Poor customer service. I went for the eye test and told them I want to go through insurance. Initially they said yes, once I got my eye test they told me to pay the whole fee upfront and they knew I have insurance and they were overpricing the prescribed glasses ????. NEVER COMING BACK HERE????

I got few PRESCRIPTION sunglasses here and they assured me that these are UV protection but when I tested these, they are not. I asked them to test in front of me, they said that they don't have testing device. They try to explain like a roadside sellers that don't worry about this. Totally unprofessional people.only good to buy readymade sunglasses, Not trustworthy if you need PRESCRIPTION plus SUNGLASSES in single frame.

Neha was the only reason that I carried forward with my purchase of glasses. She was so informative and knew exactly what she was talking about. Her manners and respectful attitude towards her customers were kept in mind. Had a bit of an irritating conversation with one of the main employees there but after speaking to Neha I felt much better. Recently purchased new frame with prescription lenses, a week later went back to change the frame as I didn’t like the purchased one after wearing them without mask, the whole experience was hassle free and very accommodating. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, even my 8 year old enjoyed selecting her frames with them.

Ive been looking for a particular pair of Dita glasses, wasn't able to locate them because they were impossible to get always sold out. I was referred by a family member who's been shopping here for a few years and told me to ask if they can get me the glasses.
