Manish was the first person I spoke to over the phone, he addressed my insurance concerns, and made it easy for me to decide to come in that same day. He was patient in helping me choose the right pair of sunglasses for me, we may have gone through around 15 different pairs! I initially called to Just inquire about some information but found myself in the store the same day due to how welcoming the conversation with Maneesh was. If you wear glasses and go elsewhere than you are missing out. This place is FANTASTIC!!!! The service that Manish provides to his customers is second to none. He is friendly and very engaging with everyone who comes into his store. He is always so patient with his customers. He will take the time to go over the various frames and styles and make recommendations based on what he feels will suit you. His recommendations have always been spot on. I always get flattering comments from other people regarding my eyewear. Right away he worked on my glasses and took his time to make the necessary adjustments to make the glasses fit properly on my face. He’s very knowledgeable on what he does. Great place to get your opticals. I visited today repair my old glass that got detached from it's frame. The owner explained why it got detached and also fixed that in no time. Best of all, he didn't charge anything instead of me offering that repeatedly. Such a great guy!!

Meneesh the owner has always taken his time and made sure we had the perfect frames with the perfect lenses and the perfect fit. I went to I Am Optical today to get my sunglasses adjusted for fitting. Even though I didn't buy anything from them, Maneesh went ahead and helped adjust the fit. He was cordial, kind, and sincere when talking to me. Not only that, but he also provided tips on how I can care for my glasses. I felt like buying a frame just to support his business. I did offer to pay for his service, but he refused and requested that I donate to an animal shelter instead. I really appreciated his care and sense of humanity throughout this process. We talked about animal shelters. And how I only take in cats from animal shelters. He didn't want any money. He only asked me to donate to animal shelters what I can. He is a good man. I will only go here for my glasses from now on. I emplore all of you who read this. He is a caring man that isn't about profits. My experience here was great, I brought him a pair of glasses that i got from a website online. I tried everywhere for literally 2 weeks, every store in Brampton didn't have the tools to repair. I called him one day randomly, he sounded confident when telling me to go in and I actually didn't believe him but still decided to give him a chance. My glasses were fixed in 10 minutes for FREE along with life lessons to come with the repair which i'm grateful for . Leaving a detailed review so that other's can really get an example of the passion IAmOptical has when it comes to putting a smile on someone's face after repairs, if you ever need someone who you can trust I'd advise you to trust in this company because they are genuine and that's hard to find these days. I visited the the store a week ago. I provide them with my insurance. It first they told me the insurance website is down and I have to pay them directly then I can get from my insurance... Later on I called my insurance to submit the claim. The insurance informed me that they already paid to the optical store... You might make an appointment weeks in advance only to have them call the same day to confirm a different time and then call again to cancel. Manish said he would reschedule me in for the week but no call or response. I can’t comment on the service but they’re unreliable. To respond to Manish: I am surprised to see Manish change his review, remove all the disgusting things he said as he should have felt ashamed while typing it. You don’t go so far as to talk about people’s family backgrounds when been given a simple honest review. He should learn to keep his emotions in check especially as a business owner.

Precovid, i went to this location to get my glasses fixed and as they are getting fixed, i look around the store at the glasses they have on display. The employee then gets a phone call from the owner asking her to tell me if i could please stand in one spot and not be looking around. They made me feel as if i was stealing from their store! This place is fully deserving of its 5 Stars. The doctor was friendly, thorough and explained everything the whole way through. I learned some interesting stuff like did you know that yes light eyes let more light in but you can also have a light or dark retina that lets more or less light in so if you have light eyes but a dark retina you might not be light sensitive which might mean you don't wear sunglasses and your eyes can get damaged? If you didn't, know you do!

Giving the "I AM OPTICAL" the 5+ star for the customer service. I wasn't even their customer, the owner/optometrist and a very skilled technician, made an extraordinary effort in fixing my relatively new frame legs that for some competitors was "impossible to fix". LensCrafters have just lost me as a customer - I made full purchase from them, lens and frames, having warranty on it and the charge asked $200. It was easy to suggest brand new frame without even trying to obtain the warranty, not to mention repairing it. Hakim Optical, as well - "unrepairable". Huge THANKS for the service and see you this year in August with my new prescription. HIGHLY recommendable to all looking for the comprehensive customer service. LM

I have visited many optometrists prior to visiting I Am Optical, but never have I seen customer service like this. Just take a look at the other reviews! Manny is just incredible. The time he spends on our lenses, the knowledge and understanding he has of his profession is just incredible. He truly cares. I own a pair Dita and Tom Fords, but until now I felt that something was missing from the overall package. From the minute I called this optical they delivered such amazing customer service! I called to ask if they repair glasses and the friendly voice on the phone assured me they repair glasses and to come in anytime! I walked in and was greeted with great customer service, Maneesh walked over to me to help me out with my glasses that I broke, he immediately started working on it and fixed it!! He even took time to adjust my glasses properly so it would sit on my face properly. I asked him how much the service was and he said it was nothing! Can you believe this? Considering I never walked into that optical to buy anything before. What a GREAT experience! I’ll be coming back for sure to buy my next glasses from them! They are just so amazing and have a true passion for their job!

What prompted me to go to "I Am Optical" were the positive reviews it had. Needless to say, they are all that and more! Rimpi, Manish, and even Dr. Sanchez - the onsite optometrist, were all extremely caring, friendly, and professional. I needed my glasses immediately for an upcoming exam, I got my eyes tested Friday evening and the both my pairs were in by Monday afternoon. Manish had even fixed my old pair and gave me a nose-pad so that I could tide over till my new pair came in - all gratis! In this day and age when customer-service is a dying art, it was refreshing to see the entire crew at 'I Am Optical' exceeding all of my expectations. When you need a new pair of glasses or need to get your eyes tested, I'd definitely recommend you head over to I Am Optical and do give them a try. Thank you for the quick turnaround on my glasses and keep up the good work!
