I am very satisfied with the service and care the 2 gentlemen gave me while choosing and sizing my glasses, however its hard for me to get use to the by focal, so they are doing the only reading for me at no extra cost. Very good, friendly service and they also take care of the insurance coverage by helping out filling, submitting the forms to insurance companies to cleaim your portion. Excellent service for a small business. Didn't rush us and let us take our time choosing the frame/lens and in addition helped to adjust the lens with previous glasses purchased from another store. Allowed me to take the prescription sunglasses lens outside to test the brightness. Prices were reasonable. Will be going back.

Best of the BEST customer service. Honestly i have been to many optical stores around the GTA this optical has excellent customer service. BEST price for brand name glasses and quality of lenses is great. The gentleman is very experienced and provides good information for the glasses and lenses and has really reasonable price.
