My mother and I were in the area and decided it would be a good time to go for our glasses. Despite spontaneously booking an appointment, they treated us with so much respect and managed to squeeze us in between another patients appointment. Simran, Fazla, Artus Andy Dr. Jacqueline were absolutely lovely and great to be around. They were patient with us, and Simran helped us both pick out lovely glasses! Will definitely come here again.

My wife and I got new glasses (nikon) typically for computer usage from Hakim optical at hurontario and bovaird, in brampton. The service was excellent and Artur who is the manager there provided the right Nikon lens choice as well as the frame. The result was two excellent pairs of glasses for me and my wife at a reasonable price.

First time. Great experience. Dr. Jacqueline Vergara did our eye exam. She was explaining throughout the exam what she is going to be doing next and about the health of the eye. I have never had this experience when I did the previous exams at the I Am Optical also in Brampton. Huge selection of glasses and the associates at the store were very patient. They helped in selecting the glasses leaving a great impression about their customer service. The price was great when compared to what I paid again at the I Am Optical in Brampton. Great service!
