Priced 2 pairs of glasses at another company was quoted $1115.00!! Hakim supplied very similar glasses (2 pairs) same features for $539.00. Great price, great service. RECOMMEND THEM. Other company is a rip off

Went there to find replacement frames for my girlfriend's glasess. The person working there Mr.Ben was really professional and help us out. I was planning to get glasses for myself anyways. Went there later after few days just because of him. He is warm and welcoming. 5 stars to him.

Twice I've booked an appointment and twice I came to the appointment and when I arrived there, they told me the doctor wasn't coming. They waited until I got there to tell me that. They didn't call to tell me that ahead of time. Very bad customer service ????. That's going to be my last time visiting this store.

1st time visiting any Hakim Optical and i was amazed at the excellent customer service provided from the moment i walked into the location until i left. I was there for about 1 hour choosing glasses and was assisted every minute by a professional, knowledge & friendly staff. Awesome experience, just wish i had asked their names to list here. Recommended them via text to all my family & friends as soon as i left the store. I would give them 100 stars but the highest rating is 5 stars.

Called because I heard great things about this location. Terrible customer service, was trying to ask questions and bring them my prescription, but was greeted with a rude person. So I guess I won't be going to them.

From the moment my wife and I walked in the store we were greeted by Leslie and her staff. The store has a wide selection of frames and we were given enough time to select the right frames with some input from the staff. (We purchased three pairs of glasses). We were given a date when the glasses would be ready and to our delight we received a call days before the given pick up date. We are happy with glasses, fits great and would like to thank Leslie and her staff for their professional help and knowledge.

Nice Location, Welcoming Staff. They have no Brand Name products, all cheap chinese stuff for which they ask ridiculously high prices in the name of giving 50% discounts.
