Horrid customer service. The ladies working there have no customer service skills. Need training. They handed over the glasses to my mother without a case and asked if she has the case already. No bag or eye glass cleaning solution. Who does this? Then the owner, Vijay, tells my mother that her prescription is wrong because the glasses dont fit. She can see through the glasses if she tilts them. Therefore, the prescription is correct. It's the glasses that dont fit because no one at the store was helpful enough during selection time. Will never be going here again and will encourage others to avoid at all costs.

My Husband and I love Avenue Optical. My husband has a peculiar problem of falling asleep on the sofa holding his glasses out for the dog to chew! Avenue Optical has helped us through this many times with good humour and patience. Ive had my glasses knocked a bit at work and bent the frames. Avenue optical patiently and kindly fixes our problems. Oh I forgot to say the team encouraged me to find a more fashionable frame and I love the look. Thank you Avenue Optical.

I thought I’d have to drive to Toronto to find a good selection of modern frames. When I checked out Avenue Optical, I found they carried a lot of very cool, modern frames and found the perfect one for my new sunglasses. I got so many compliments on my sunglasses, I ordered a similar frame for my regular glasses. Both pairs look great, are super light and had very thin lens available to work with both pairs. Best glasses I’ve ever had!

This experience happened many years ago, when I was just a child. Vijay told me and my parents I am not able to get contacts because I am diabetic. The experience was traumatizing for me, not able to get something so normal because of my autoimmune disease. I think professionals should always keep their clients best interest in mind, lying to make a sale is not appropriate.

Dennis was absolutely amazing! We arrived a bit early for our appointment and he took us right in. He took his time with us, it did not feel rushed at all! He also has amazing selection in glasses. Unbelievable service ! Walked in with my prescription and Dennis helped me from start to finish. I wanted a quality pair of sunglasses that would last and look good and he recommended Maui Jim, needless to say I am in love with them ! Bad experience with the optometrist at avenue optical located at Brampton. My daughter visit for eye exam. We are not satisfied by the way the examination was conducted. It seemed like he was trying to get it over with and it is clear they're only in it for the money. He hardly spent a few minutes for the total exam. I don't recommend any body wasting their time and money.
