Ive had an extremely ridiculous amount of trouble receiving my 2 pairs of glasses for $150 its been nearly 2 weeks and there seems to be no progress on my prescription glasses. Longest wait for glasses in my life. Also difficulty in getting them to call back. No for sure pick up date yet... Edit: It has been exactly 3 weeks since I initially came and ordered my glasses and still no service or result. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau.

For every little simple question, they say, "Let me ask my manager, and get back to you..." and they never do! There are two ladies that work here, and they always blame the other one that is not at work!

These gentlemen take pride in their work and as a first time wearer of glasses, it was nice to feel supported. Poor eyesight is so stressful. I recently had my eyes checked and ordered a new pair of bi-focal glasses from Westpoint Optical. Unfortunately I had trouble adjusting to my new glasses, and went back and forth 3 times to make adjustments, during these occasions, all of the staff at Westpoint showed great patience and utmost professionalism. They would make arrangements for me to come in to check my eyes again and after the adjustment was made, there would be a follow up call to see how I was doing. They are a group of people who truly care about your experience and well being. Highly recommend their service.

They had an optometrist available on site to complete my vision test and a huge selection of designer frames to choose from! However, the icing on the cake is the professional consultation I received. I've been to my fair share of optical stores before but the Westpoint team knows how to provide an outstanding customer experience. On the day of pickup, I was running behind but they stayed back after closing hours to ensure I could pick up my order. Needless to say, they have earned a loyal customer for life.
