Barbara and Debra were very helpful in finding the right frame for me. They were able to cut the lenses and have my glasses ready to be picked up the next day. After some deliberation, I settled on a pair of gucci shade’s that made me look like a frat daddy but also sophisticated enough for me to wear to more formal events. My family and I have been shopping at President Optical since they opened, and there's a reason why we keep going back: Deb, Barb, and the entire family go above and beyond to find you the perfect pair of glasses each time. Their curated collection of frames are always fashionable and on-trend; they also have lots of timelessly beautiful styles, so there's definitely something for everyone! They'll also carry certain brands if requested – my mom was very interested in Victoria Beckham sunglasses and within weeks, Deb and Barb brought in a couple pieces that suited her taste. Their receptiveness is always appreciated! A key point that makes PO such a standout from other glasses stores is truly the shopping experience with Deb and Barb. They truly know how frames look on others better than anyone else! Most recently, I bought a pair of Chloés that I never in a million years would have chosen for myself – thanks to the twins, I felt confident in my purchase and have grown to love these frames more and more by the day. Exceptional service from Barbara at President Optical! We were browsing for eyeglasses at a few stores and came across PO, so decided to pop in the store and give it a try. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Barbara who was very cordial and immediately asked me what I was looking for. Within a few days, I received a welcome text with a selection of frames that I had mentioned on my initial visit. Although some styles did not interest me, I had suggestions of my own and Barbara was open to ideas and was proactive in tracking down the right pair for me. I actually didn’t expect to successfully find a suitable pair without even trying it on first, but Barbara reassured me that she was quite certain it would look nice. When it came time to pick up my new glasses, I was somewhat skeptical of how it might look, but after putting them on for the first time, I was so surprised and very pleased at how it looked on me. Amazing service from the whole family! I was having trouble seeing at night time after getting my motorcycle license and I never thought my eyes could have any problems because I never had glasses before. Upon discovering there is such a thing called astigmatism I was ready to find the perfect fit. They were super helpful choosing the right fit because I have a small head and it came down to only two pairs that fit nicely. And they were super patient and helpful with my indecisiveness to have the confidence to rock glasses. I LOVE my first pair of glasses. My family has purchased six pairs of glasses from President Optical over the past few years and every time we have been thoroughly impressed by the knowledge of the owners and the service I receive. The twins are more than happy to spend time helping us pick frames that best fit our needs. The hardest part of buying a new pair of glasses is when I get dizzy for the first few days while my eyes get adjusted to them. With every pair I have purchased here, I have never needed to adjust to the glasses; the owners are able to measure my eyes precisely so the new pairs always feel natural right from the start. The after-sales support is equally impressive because for the few times I needed the frames adjusted, they were happy to make sure they fit perfectly before I left so I wouldn't have to come back. Did you know that they also provide vision testing by a licensed optician? Very convenient indeed. I highly recommended buying your next pair of glasses at President Optical.

He was pretty pushy and insisted that I purchase the dailies since it is much better for my eyes even though I stated several times I was on a budget. I've worked I'm an optometrists office before and I've been told by several doctors biweekly lenses are just fine as long as I replace them when I'm supposed to and don't sleep with them in. I wanna start my review with a huge appreciation for Debra and her family for helping me out in a true emergency situation. My Fred frameless eyeglasses was broken and damaged into four pieces and I went first to another eyeglass store at the same mall for help and I was literally kicked out in away I couldn’t believe it or comprehend it why this business owner kicked me out and I need his help, I was this close to report this owner to police. Then I went to Presidential Optical to find Debra giving me all the help find a quick solution in contact lenses and let me try three to four lenses without a charge until I learn to wearing it and offered me help in all possible ways so I can drive back home. The next day I went back to buy a new glass from Presidential Optical and I was really impressed by the service the selection and the care from each one at Presidential Optical.
