Today, I went to Port Perry Optical in search of new frames, and I am so pleased I did! The customer service here is absolutely wonderful. It was all smiles and warm greetings from all the staff when I arrived. The search for the perfect frame was an enjoyable experience (and fun too!). The staff let me look around and try on frames at my own pace, an assisted me in finding the perfect frame without feeling pushy and over bearing (Thank you, Brock!). They have a great selection of frames and sunglasses to suit everyone's tastes, and have all the latest trends! What is more, I felt extremely comfortable with the precautions they have in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I look forward to purchasing all my future frames from the lovely, and knowledgeable staff, at Port Perry Optical.

We could not be more impressed with the service we received from Port Perry Optical! The friendliness, expertise, care, professionalism, affordability, product selection and speed with which they were able to meet our rather sudden need for glasses for my son just astounded me and my son, and we are incredibly grateful. I had no idea, and my son Linden had no idea that he had vision issues until he very recently started developing headaches and eye pain and was even starting to miss school, which for him during this pandemic is online, and screen time all day long. When I first reached out to Port Perry Optical by phone, I could tell they would do whatever they could to help, and as someone who respects customer service at a high level, they exceeded my expectations. I also have to tell you that not only does Linden LOVE his new glasses, (as do I), but he was blown away by the surreal experience of seeing his first REAL SUNSET as his sister drove him home from. picking up his new glasses. We had no idea just how remarkably different his vision correction is to him. He walks around with a big smile, in awe and remarking to me on what his new vision experience is like for him. He sees the world around him completely differently now. And it's not just vision clarity correction, but it is colour and colour variation and colour intensity, brightness, that he is now seeing I guess properly, possibly for the first time in his life. That is the BEST Christmas present anyone could ask for. Thank you for the incredible work you do, it has made a huge improvement in my son's life, and Merry Christmas to all of you!

I have a great experience with the staff. They take the time to help you find the right frame. We had to work on a few adjustments including finding the right coating. They did their best to accommodate me. Excellent service ????
