Unlike some other reviews I found their branch manager to be quite enjoyable and a people person, he helped me with all my needs and wants. I would recommend him to anyone who had troubles

The owner of their Yellowknife Branch has the worst customer service ever!! He refused to give a customer their already paid for glasses and threatened them to not return. Robert is the Worst manager I have had to deal with!!

The manager (Roseanne), is wonderful to deal with and she has great staff too : ) From my experience, they are very friendly and knowledgable.

Bad customer service over phone. Tried not to cooperate to pick up my son's glasses which was full paid. Tried to avoid. But luckily I had receipt.

The hours are ridiculous, you're telling me that taking a day off work to have an appointment, or buy a new pair of glasses is unavoidable? Unacceptable. Poor customer service provided over the phone as well.
