So disappointed in the customer service of this place. I never had glasses so am totally inexperienced in the lingo etc. This is the first place I went to. While there Nicole was very pleasant and nice. However, things changed once I got home an had follow up emails. Obviously I shopped around after visiting this store, understood the lingo more etc, so wanted to find out warranty on the lenses, what type of anti reflective was on them, and if that was warrantied. I also asked if I bought the frames online could they just do the lenses as another shop gave that option. This set Nicole off....she no longer responded to any emails, did not answer any of my questions, and further more refused to take our business. Spoke to the office manager, who apologized and said if we wanted the glasses she would be more then happy to talk to Nicole and have them done...week later I call to order and office manager tells Nicole is too uncomfortable to work with us and take our business elsewhere. All because I had a few questions, like any concerned parent would purchasing their first pair of glasses. Update...and contrary to the owner's response we never asked for measurements..we asked what type of anti glare they use bc there are different qualities available. In fact in numerous emails we stated we were going to purchase from pd optics we just wanted answers as to what type of product we were receiving. Two competitors, one right down the street had no problem providing these answers and were actually appalled that pd optics were so non transparent. Learn some customer service and take a class on sales.

I highly recommend this place. I wish we found them sooner, in particular when our son got his first pair of glasses at the age of 1. Coming here for children's glasses is the best thing any parent can do for their child because you will walk out understanding everything about your child's prescription, the glasses, how to increase compliance, and what to do if future issues should occur. I appreciate Nicole greatly because she is respectful, helpful, knowledgable, and honest. While helping you pick out your child's frames she rather tell you if the glasses you want don't fit or if what she has doesn't fit, but she will not try to sell you frames that don't provide benefit to your child's vision. For example I shamefully admit that when I first learned my child needed glasses I was in shock and unable to clearly understand the importance of pupilary distance until I came to PD Optics I learned that my hunch was right and my child's glasses were too big for too long. To get the optimal outcome we picked a pair that actually fit properly and my son now enjoys wearing his glasses. He's 3.5 and half Asian therefore finding the best glasses for his small nose bridge was hard, but Nicole did it. I can go on and but the point is that if you want to get the best care for your child's visión needs and have excellent continuity of care even after the sale is finalized come to PD Optics and talk to Nicole.

I have been bringing my two sons to PD Optics Optical Shop and hands down this is the best place to get your child’s glasses. The staff is so friendly and willing to take the extra step to find the perfect frames for your child. The glasses are unique, trendy and it’s hard to find cool frames anyplace else. Do yourself a favor and take your child here. You will be extremely pleased. Sage advise from a busy Mom.

Nicole provided our ~2yr old baby with his first pair of glasses and it fits perfectly. She is knowledgeable about the fit, look and feel of glasses as well as being emotionally considerate during the process. We are so happy and lucky for her expertise! I love PD optics. At first I was unsure if I really needed to go to a specialty pediatric place. But I was beyond impressed with Nicoles’s knowledge. She gave wonderful advice on how to get my 3 year old to keep her glasses on. She sent a booklist about kids with glasses to help my daughter adjust. She took measurements and did a custom fit when the glasses arrived. Highly recommend.

The gratitude I have towards this Optical store is more than what Im capable of sharing here. Nicole gives you the most of the most, she's shared with me knowledge and information that I knew nothing of, more than our pediatric eye doctor, whome I also love. Her love for her job and care is outstanding ????% I Googled "kids eye glass shop" for my 4 yr old who was diagnosed with congenital eye cataract to both eyes, I was ????heartbroken. She's had the surgery & now needed eyeglasses. Searching for the best & found it! I am so thankful for the people I've come in contact with during these tough times. If you're looking for truthful, real, caring place for your little one, THIS is the place to go to, without a doubt. My little one loves her glasses. ????

Great place. Took my daughter and they made both of us feel comfortable. Putting glasses on a 4 y/o for the first time is not easy. A lot of patience and flexibility.

The services here were by far some of the best I have ever recieved while purchasing glasses. Nicole was an absolute delight, she was super knowledgeable. It amazed me how she was able to answer all my questions and concerns, while at the same time had my son smiling the entire time. I cannot recommend this place enough! Nicole sent us wonderful glasses for our foster son, who has special needs and therefore facial features that make it hard to find frames that fit. This is the best place to get glasses for a toddler ! I can’t thank Nicole enough for her patience and knowledge!! She is honestly a rare find. We have found this optical shop about a year back when we discovered that our 1 year old at the time needed glasses. During these times we are going through now , Nicole is even better than ever!
