So disappointed in the customer service of this place. I never had glasses so am totally inexperienced in the lingo etc. This is the first place I went to. While there Nicole was very pleasant and nice. However, things changed once I got home an had follow up emails. Obviously I shopped around after visiting this store, understood the lingo more etc, so wanted to find out warranty on the lenses, what type of anti reflective was on them, and if that was warrantied. I also asked if I bought the frames online could they just do the lenses as another shop gave that option. This set Nicole off....she no longer responded to any emails, did not answer any of my questions, and further more refused to take our business. Spoke to the office manager, who apologized and said if we wanted the glasses she would be more then happy to talk to Nicole and have them done...week later I call to order and office manager tells Nicole is too uncomfortable to work with us and take our business elsewhere. All because I had a few questions, like any concerned parent would purchasing their first pair of glasses.
Update...and contrary to the owner's response we never asked for measurements..we asked what type of anti glare they use bc there are different qualities available. In fact in numerous emails we stated we were going to purchase from pd optics we just wanted answers as to what type of product we were receiving. Two competitors, one right down the street had no problem providing these answers and were actually appalled that pd optics were so non transparent. Learn some customer service and take a class on sales.
