I've worn glasses for 27 years and I've become a fan of a specific frame and color combination. The Optical Shop didn't have it, but they ordered it (plus two more options) for me to try out. It was fast and they definitely went the extra mile. I picked out the ones I wanted and paid only for those. I've used four other places in Hattiesburg and this place is the best!

The workers here are inexperienced and not very friendly to the customers. It’s a waste of time doing business here.

Really not a fan. They were all talking amongst themselves when I went in and no one greeted me even after I stood there for a few seconds. The woman who I did talk to was perfectly middle of the road. Not rude, but not friendly. After I paid, I was told I wouldn't get my glasses for 3-5 days. I wish they had told me that before I paid, because if they had, I would have gone elsewhere. Overall not a good experience.
