Glasses broke on road, call and explained situation was told to come on in and they would see what they could do. First time in the store and was very impressed, one of the staff was helping an older lady with a really nice selection of glasses, another one came up to us and asked if we needed help. Bag of glasses parts and arm was handed over and we were told to hang on her would see what he could do. Not more then 5 mins later he comes back with what look like a new pair! Not only had he fixed them but he cleaned them and removed the sticky tape stuff!! Best place if you need glasses or repair!!

I heard the ad on the radio that optical image does free dry eye assessments. I called right away as I had been suffering from terrible eye problems for months. I would wake in the night and be unable to see because my eyes did not have a lick of moisture in them. They were chronically inflamed, I often felt like I had been in a street fight and they were so light sensitive I wore sunglasses indoors. Dr. Godenir did my assessment and told me I had a severe case of blepharitis. I also had a cyst on my eyeball. The doc treated both and gave me home care. That along with diet changes have made a tremendous difference. I no longer suffer. 5 stars. Very professional and high quality care. Thank you!

I am brand new to Swift Current. I very clumsily sat on my glasses and broke them at home. I called and the people at Optical image were able to get me into see the optometrist on very short notice all arranged over the phone: they even invited me to come down the same day and they put a temporary fix on my glasses on-the-spot and didn't charge me anything for the fix! Now I have a temporary fix that will last me until my appointment. I'm 37 and I've had the same optometrist my whole life until now. I was a bit worried moving and having to find a new optometrist: my vision is very poor and my glasses are important to me. I already can tell the people here are going to take good care of me for the next 37 years. Thank you for your kindness in helping me out!

Came in with my youngest daughter at the start of September, it was her first eye exam and she was very nervous. Impressed with not only how the doctor dealt with her but the girl before the doctor as well she calmed her right down made it a fun experience . Great selection of kids frames, I will be changing eye dr and recommending to other family’s as well.
