They are a good location if your are purchasing from them i have used all my benefits and spent hundreds on glasess through them so i asked for my sons pupil distance and they flat out refused me proper service because i could not afford a pair through them at the time i just needed to get a cheap pair off the internet to last untill my benefits recycle. Had my first eye exam here today. Optometrist Dr. Rafaela The was great -- super friendly and also super thorough. The staff were very helpful and patient while I was picking out glasses! This place is awesome, they have Nice People, Quick and Quality Service, Competitive Price, and Great Craft skill (in terms of cutting lens)! I suggest everyone come to this place rather than lenzcrafter. Here is my story: I had a pair of glasses from Lenzcrafter at Conestoga Mall last year, I gave Lenzcrafter a very poor review due to slow service (staff standing there chatting, and asked me to wait), long waiting time, crooked frame (have to adjust myself at home), and bad craft skill (lens are not perfectly cut, and they force them into the frame, causing distortions, I have to asked them to cut again another time). Due to the poor service at lenzcrafer, for my sunglasses, I went to Optical House, which had a good google review and is also near where I work. The Guy is very nice and patient, fast service as well. The craft skill is superb, the cut is perfect, i.e. lens are not distorted and there are no gaps between the corner of the frame and the lens. You can ask for discounts as well and the price is 30% cheaper than lenzcrafter for my sunglasses. I was very happy at that time. This year, since the frame from Lenzcrafter is so tight (it clip on my head and gave me headache for a whole year last year), I went to Optical House again with my old frame, asking the guy to put the lens to the old frame, he compared the length and said it is not possible. So I purchased a pair of lens here, and you know what, It is only 60% of the price of Lenzcrafter, even cheaper than the sunglasses!!! Similarly, the craft skill is superb, the cut is perfect, i.e. lens are not distorted and there are no gaps between the corner of the frame and the lens. I am extremely happy with these two experiences and feel compelled to post a 5 star review online! I suggest everyone come here rather than greedy Lenzcrafter for better service and product!

I came here 4 yrs ago and loved the service. The owner willingly helped me when I was in desperate need to fix my only pair of glasses when I was a student. The glasses were off warranty and the place I originally purchased them from would not help me because of this. No one would! I was willing to pay for the repairs and he would not except my money. He had them fixed in less than 10 minutes! There is no where else I would rather go. They directly bill to majority of larger insurance company’s and are very accommodating towards people’s schedule. Not to mention their prices for designer frames are AMAZING! They have a LARGE selection of frames , from top designers to just a simple pair. The prices are very fair. You can get a nice pair for just $90. They usually always have a sale when you purchase more than one pair. The exam cost is only 100$ The wait time, from the time you purchase your glasses is 7-14 business days, but it hasn’t even been 6 business days and I just received my call to come in and pick them up( apt only , due to COVID )

Optical house was AMAZING!!! I was in a bind, I lost my glasses while on vacation and was almost blind without them. I was waiting to get into my usual optometrist but I had to wait 2 weeks. I decided I couldn't wait that long, and Googled places that did direct billing for both eye exams and the frames themselves. I found Optical house as the second option. I called and it was 10 minutes after they closed, yet they still answered my call. I was already impressed. I advised I needed to see someone quickly as I had no glasses, the man on the phone got me in within 2 days for the time I requested. I even got a follow up text message to remind me of the appointment. When I got to the store, I was greeted immediately, and when I said I had a 10:30 apt, the gentleman knew my name and said he was expecting me. Talk about service!! He took me into the exam room, performed the first test, and had the Dr come. Dr The was great, she was super sweet, great mannerisms and very easy to feel comfortable with. She walked me through the change of my prescription and set me back to the man to get me fitted for glasses. Since I had lost mine, she said do whatever you can to expedite this for her, she really needs glasses. The man said we will get as close to her prescription as possible, and then to come back in when mine are ordered and have them swapped out. The level of customer service there is exemplary! Thank you Optical House team, I could not have had better service anywhere!
