Anna and her staff provide customer service that is unexpected for a small town. They provide the standard eye wear for people who feel safer not to stay in their comfort zone with normal looking glasses. Anna pushes the limits in colours, designs, and ideas through eye wear. Her business sense is not to like everything, but very critical and honest about the eye wear when asked. For me, she has not only provided me eye wear for 6 years, but she gives me the courage to push new limits. People know me for having funky eye wear, but the only person I can thank is the Optical Gallery in Hanover!

Upon going in, I asked for the earliest available appointment because I had lost my glasses and due to my work schedule not being very flexible. They were able to squeeze me in that afternoon. The receptionist was very kind and so was the doctor. They got me in and out as quick as possible since I had my young daughter with me. The doctor even noticed a degenerative eye disease that I’ve had for quite some time but other doctors had missed. Will definitely be returning for future eye exams, as well as taking my daughter when she is old enough. Would recommend to anyone in the area. They also have a pretty good selection of frames.

I have been dealing with Optical Gallery since I have been back in Hanover 15 years ago going yearly for new glasses without fail. There is never any lack of great quality service. I like the attention they pay to their clients needs. Also not once did I ever feel up sold. If I am getting help and the phone rings it goes to voicemail and the service continues. I have on many occasions gone to voice mail and same or next day call back. As for the products I have purchased at the Optical Gallery I have had nothing but great products. Anna and her great team have been nothing but good to me. Now for the COVID topic. First off the business inside and out is always spotless. Now that Anna called me back when she was permitted to open she informed me as to the protocol to enter the business. Mask is required with social distancing being observed. Whether you have used hand sanitizer before you enter you must do it again. Every pair of glasses I tried on were put into a tray and taken to be disinfected before going back on display. Proper edict here on the costumers side would not to touch every pair you might like. Touch as little to help out. Now go to your local convenience store now that is where you you take your chance. When selecting glasses I am very 'picky', however Kelly was extremely patient in assisting me with choosing my new frames and there were many great options to choose from! Anna & Carla were very helpful in getting my lenses right. My first lenses were made too big for the frames, and developed stress cracks, and chipping in the corners. ( Lab error ) Once my new lenses arrived the transition didn't get dark enough, ( once again a lab error )and new lenses were once again ordered. I picked up my new lenses on Saturday July 24th, and they're perfect. I recommend Optical Gallery in Hanover to anyone needing new glasses prescription or otherwise.
