Excellent service and great value. I purchased Oakley glasses but the frame did not fit properly and the manager allowed me to exchange my frames and remade my glasses at no extra cost. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the service and the products we tried and purchased. The eye exam was thorough, not rushed and Dr. Buffard-St-Pierre was professional and explained everything. The staff was courteous, answered all our questions, patient and professional, too. We bought 2 pairs of glasses each with options that met our visual needs. The price was great. The covid-protocols made us feel safe, too. We definitely will return for eye exams in the future.

All my doctors are retired and I’m having to find new ones. I desperately needed to see an optometrist as I had lost (or misplaced my glasses). Everyone I called was fully booked. At least two weeks in advance. Bejamin hearing my plight squeezed me in! Francis took care of my eye glass selection and helped me choose two great frames at very good prices! Dr Nikola Bouffard -St Pierre is a young optometrist but extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had the most thorough eye examination ever. I was very impressed with Optical Centers Technology. The establishment is bright, clean and spacious. I felt totally at ease with their ability to not only follow all Covid restrictions and protection but also in their ability to handle my eye care needs. I highly recommend this business and it’s employees.

Their advertising is extremely deceiving. They advertise bi-focals starting at $149 but when you go to the store, they have maybe ten pairs (and most are for women) to choose from. They are not interested in selling lower priced items. We were told they would be getting a larger selection and to wait a month, but after coming back, they only had three pairs at the $149 for men to choose. Maybe 1% of the store inventory is at the lower priced frames. In the end they sold my husband a pair of glasses that were too small (probably a kid's frame) and they kept saying that it fit perfectly. I would not recommend going to this store if you are looking for anything less than a $600 pair of glasses. Very deceiving advertising by this company.

BAD SERVICE !!! DO NOT BUY GLASSES OR DO YOUR EXAM WITH OPTICAL CENTER I did my eye exam at this location and purchased 2 pair of glasses and had to come back 2 times to have them correct the lenses. The first time, they didn't do it properly. I came back, brought my glasses and they did a new exam. 15 days later, i received my glasses and they are still not done properly. So now they are asking me to come back once again to check it. I am 68 years old and i don't drive. I have to take the bus back and forth for a mistake that they did twice which shouldn't have happened in the first place. The doctor was very unprofessional and was doing the exam really fast. Did not even give me a chance to read the letters properly. I asked for a refund, they tell me there is no refund and that they can't do anything for me except to come back again and they can "try" again. The most unprofessional place, people that work there are rude and i don't recommend anyone to buy glasses from this location. Shady business

Protecting Myself

We moved into a new house and we keep on receiving mail from this company. I've used their online form and have contacted them directly multiple times to ask them to stop sending mail addressed to a previous owner (2 owners ago!) and they keep on sending mail. Keep on sending mail and I'll keep on leaving 1 star reviews.
