I didn’t think I could wear eyeglasses after trying on the ones at Walmart. Nothing worked for my thin face. Been here twice now since I started wearing glasses and I love what they have. My wife has been going here for YEARS, swears but this place. I now am getting older and have the “pleasure” of needing glasses too. I had an amazing experience, I got three pairs, Gucci for work, Oakleys for home and a pair of Tom Ford sun glasses for everyday. The customer service was exceptional and prices were great too. What a wonderful experience.

Their selection of brands, styles and price points are great and definitely surpass other places I have been to; I also love that they are a family owned and operated business. The prices were great and very reasonable. I bought 2 pairs of glasses for the price of my old pair. They also fixed my old glasses free of charge despite not buying them from there!! I definitely will be recommending them to my friends and family.

It is not easy for males to find stylish/modern frames, I was looking for something quite specific. Meagan was patient, took the time, did some research and brought in several frames for me to try. My wife & I are long-time customers of New Vision for about 20 years now. We have always appreciated being welcome & valued. We value that they are family-owned and family-operated. Jose Ferrer has a great sense of humour, takes a keen interest in his customers and is accommodating. He has never been the sort of person to charge you for every little thing possible. So often little things are looked after with no charge and you leave with that precious feeling of being in the right place. They really do understand customer service and provide it hands down. While my vision needs have not been straight-forward, they, as always, look after their customers in a professional manner. Their new location looks terrific & parking is just great. They have a large selection to choose from with very reasonable prices. All of us can enter their location feeling confident in these trying times that their safety precautions are not just in place, they are followed as well. We will continue to return as they are the best in Durham Region.

They are fast, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to help someone. I recently had my glasses break and were unable to be repaired. During my visit it looked as if I might be a few days without a pair of proper glasses. I have worn contacts in the past and with luck they had an extra pair of my contacts which they gave me for free with everything I needed. Thank you so much, it would have sucked to have to take a few days off work and be dealing with a broken set of glasses falling off for even a day or so.

I was recommended to come here when my sunglasses broke. Even though I did not purchase them here, they took the time to look, clean and repair them at a price I found to be far more than reasonable, with service in less than 30 min. Very impressed.

Went there for a 11am eye exam then to purchuse glasses. They told me have a seat. One doctor working which is the norm for everywhere. There were other people waiting too. At 1135 am I finally stood up and asked if I was next. They said no. I get things happen and, things could get delayed but to treat me like they are doing me a favour and have to sit there and put up with their lack of human decently to come up and tell me they are delayed, let me know I can go for coffee or that it will be around 12 pm when I'll be seen, shows entitlement and ignorance. I would never do that to a customer of mine. Please others reading this do not let anyone treat you like this when you or your insurance is paying good money for a service. Update answer to owners response. I was not told of any critical emergency or of any delay. Someone is lying to you. On a positive note, the gentlemen that was helping me pick out glasses was truly amazing.
