Me and my wife got our glases done here and we experienced the best customer service we ever had in Canada! From the perfect eye examination, to choosing the frames with the help of the very patient owner, to the end result with the highest level of quality. The cost for the glasses was very reasonably priced! I highly recommend this place!

Have been going to this place since I was a kid. Will never go to anyone else. Peyman has always been helpful and speedy in his service. Highly recommend him. 2020 edit: just got new glasses from Peyman. He told me 3 weeks because of my prescription (normal for me) showed up in less than 2. Price was awesome and he has always been helpful and kind. He also got dr apts set up for my infants at 6 months and worked around my schedule. Great guy always come back

The place plays with the customers. Always we thought we had the best price. Just been open mind I decided to go to a place in Guelph and big surprise: Mr Payman doesn't have the GOOD prices he says. Selection is poor and very expensive. Even Costco will give you better product.

Called King Optical to book an appointment they booked me an appointment for this location. I booked with the King location becuase they advertise lots of designer brands and this location seems to have less high end glasses in their pictures so imasked how many Tom Ford glasses they have and I was told 2, but I can order others. I didn't want to order and not like the frames so I cancelled by appointment because they did not have the selection I was looking for and the guy hangs up on me. Rude.

They gave us a good deal at first and everything was all good. Got home with my glasses realized there was a foggy spot on them took me about 2 weeks to get over there to talk to him about it. Hubby talked to him and he was saying it didnt bother my cause it wasnt in my eye sight. Well then i said if they dont get fixed i was going else where, he then got them fixed but was rudely about it. He called me 2 days later just said my glasses were in to come get them and just hung up. Ill never go back to these people ever again. Completely rude and he didnt want to fix my glasses. It took my hubby to kinda argue and push his was through in order for him to replace my lenses.

Buyer beware! I brought my son here to get his first pair of glasses and had a terrible experience. Not only was the sales man very aggressive, trying to maximize his sales by adding transition lenses despite being told we do not want that we were sold glasses that were way too small and ultimately useless. We returned to the store twice expressing our concerns and he tried to make the glasses bigger by stretching the plastic but we still cannot use the glasses we were sold. TOTAL SCAM! I will never return and feel that other unsuspecting shoppers should be aware. Our optometrist was so upset she was going to follow-up also but I don't know that outcome.

I am truly impressed by both quality and quick services I was provided yesterday. I broke my reading glasses that I cannot function without. Went to the store at 3 pm and Peyman was such a great help in choosing the right fram and incorporating my benefits. He called me at 6 pm to tell me that my glasses are ready for pick up. I never had my glasses done in 3 hours. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality, quick services, and fair prices.

This place is a total rip-off. I mean you can get cheap glasses but yeah they rip you off. I paid extra for scratch-resistant lenses and here I am 2 months later with lenses that are scratched.

After i got my eye examined, i got my glasses done. Although i used my own old frames, i was charged almost $200 on just the lenses and i didn't even have anything fancy done. I found Peyman Jabari extremely pushy. He kept calling us at home to see if my dad wanted his glasses done. he even send in applications to the ODSP without our consent. Extremely unhappy with the extremely expensive glasses and attitude. they don't even have good selection of frames to start with. AVOID THIS PLACE. a total rip off i must say.

Strong Recommendation: Not to go there if you are new, Staff/s are so rude, they do not respect after payment. They changed my selected frame, if by mistake even not accepting the truth. Very generic service.

The eye exam was okay, although I felt a little rushed. The real reason I am giving a one star (no stars if I could) is my interaction with the manager/owner. That and Covid protocol is very lackadaisical — no social distancing between customers and employees. Manager was right up in our space. I wanted to book at King St Optical but they sent me to this location (Covid changes I guess), I had my eye exam and spoke about getting a lasik consultation with the optometrist. I finished my appointment and went to pay saying I would consider new glasses at a later time... (if I get lasik why would I spend on new glasses?!) they suggested my daughter have her eyes checked as well, she had to come with me as I had no childcare that day. She is still rather young and said she was uncomfortable and didn’t want to at this time... we have healthy habits for her and are not concerned about her eye health at this time. I expressed this to the manager who insisted that she is myopic just by looking at her! He then rudely and abruptly tried to give her an on the spot eye exam...he’s not even an optometrist! She was confused and upset by the experience and we left right away before I lost it on the manager. I could go one about other things that happened while we were there but I don’t have all day to write. I will never be back, the manager is a bully and their business practices are shady!

WHAT AN ORDEAL !!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!! Went there because they advertised RUSH service and glasses in an hour! What a crock of sh**. I lost my glasses in a big wind storm and am pretty much blind without them. They did an eye test for me, I picked out frames blah blah and when I went to pay for them, $ 785,00 was told, so pulled out my credit card and was bluntly told, that has to be in cash or debit only. Credit cards we have to charge more. So, stupid me paid in cash. It took 10 days and several phone calls to get my first set of glasses, sunglasses take longer I was told, it took 16 days to get them. I was unable to read, watch TV, drive or do anything cause I couldn't see without my glasses !Well turns out they got the wrong prescription in the lenses of both glasses! I was told that it was probably due to a change in my health and I should get checked right away for diabetes! I did get checked, and my sugar level was 4.9 and my doctor said I was nowhere near being diabetic. This so called optometrist still persisted that I needed some kind of special testing for diabetes, I assume he was trying to throw the blame for the mix-up onto me. On with the story, there was a big issue with the sun glasses, because of the wrong script, I could not see anything! Not road signs, or the speedometer in my car nothing at all!. So after another heated discussion with them, I ended ordering a bi-focal lense set of sunglasses and I paid an additional $160 for them. That was December 8th. Today is January 19th and when I went in the store, they can not find any record of these sunglasses being ordered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I am a member of several service clubs in the area, as well as 2 motorcycling riding clubs and I am going to make sure as many people as possible AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!

I went to Lens Master today, Peyman is very professional and was able to give me a variety of options to choose from for my glasses when I needed them for a short notice. He took his time and explained multiple things to me in an understanding manner. I'm definitely coming back to Lens Master thats for sure.

DO NOT GO HERE...Ordered glasses back in November because they do automatic billing. Charged my insurance 400 for reading glasses. Cancelled order immediately. Still has not sent in refund. Shady. Now I have to report them to the better business bureau. Rip off. There is no price transparency.

I've been going here for a few years now, and always get excellent service. My prescription is heavy, and they always have my glasses ready in less than half the time it used to take my old place. The owner is extremely efficient, friendly, and personable. I just picked up my new glasses today, and I couldn't be happier! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My wife's Costco glasses broke spontaneously last night at the rim and we went in to see if they could do anything about it. Costco found we were past their one year warranty and even worse, the sized frame replacements weren't in stock at any of their locations - they quoted 2 weeks just to search if they were in stock! We went to this Lens Master location finding that they did repair service and after looking over the frames were shown that due to the materials and construction that a repair would be risky and possible to damage the lenses. We were helped to look at some other frames on display to fit the lenses and after a short while found a suitable design we liked. Our insurance timing was that we weren't covered for another frame until end of the year, and we were told it was a more expensive pair, but we were given a discount on the frames and the labour waived. The pair was ready two hours later and my wife is very happy with the service we received.

I would never go back. Bought safety glasses and needed the nose piece replaced in less than 2 months. They charged me $10 to replace it. Just lost my business!

Avoid this store at all costs. The service is incredibly poor, there's no evidence of accountability and the staff/owner appears to operate on a fraudulent basis. A red flag was raised for me when I first entered the store to find the glass cases littered with dead bugs. The search for frames was not successful so I elected to replace my existing glasses with new lenses. The prescription wasn't filled properly and the store keeper insisted it was my fault and charged me to fix his mistake. If he had only admitted his error, I might have returned. Not only has he lost a customer, I'm telling everyone I know NOT to patronize this sub-standard and dishonest establishment.

Incredibly disappointed with both product and service here; worst experience I have ever had in 20 years of vision problems. First of all, none of their frames are priced, obviously so that they can size you up and then rip you off as much as possible. Despite this, stupid me still bought glasses from them, and within not even 2 months, decorative metal pieces had fallen off of my frames. Unimpressed that this had happened to my new, quite EXPENSIVE glasses, I went back into the store to complain and have the frames fixed/replaced. The employee did not apologize, but instead told me that "this has never happened", and then said they would be charging ME a $10 fee to have them replaced. Granted, this is not a high fee, but if YOUR product falls apart in practically no time at all, surely you should fix or replace it for free?! Despite my clearly stating that I was not happy and did not feel I should have to pay for them to fix something that shouldn't have broke to begin with, she opted not to wave the fee until I stated that I would keep them as they were and return to dealing with my previous optical (who were always fantastic, by the way). At this time, their employee FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR, yelling my name and telling me she would wave the fee! Seriously? You do not, ever, chase a customer out to their car! And then of course, I also had a voicemail by the time I got home. This place is bananas and a complete rip off. Don't go there.

Idk this place is kinda sketchy, I got eye contacts from there and they didn’t tell me anything but to read a peice of paper that told to me how to take the eye lenses in and out and how to wash the debris. I was expecting a lesson on how to put then in and out or if my eye is dry for them. Don’t think im going back

Too much to say but one thing annoying me the most is that they will place orders and claims without asking customers first. Even you explicitly requested them to inform you any situation. Later they'd say they got your agreement. Better to record talks and phone calls if you really want to use them.
