So I just received my Cartier glasses from Kerrisdale Optical and they did a phenomenal job. The entire staff was very nice, communicative, and professional. I live down south in the United States and didn’t know what size I needed. Kerrisdale recommended me to send a photo of my face through text and we were able to come up with a size and the glasses were cut and shipped off within the same day. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Thanks, Kerrisdale!!

Very unprofessional, my glasses was off a bit with too tight on the sides. I asked for help to correct. She didn't even check where the problems were then adjusted frame. It turned out much worst then before. I didn't know what she adjusted but definitely given me headaches as the results. It is ok not to do it but if you do, please do it properly.
