My wife and I recently came to IC Clear Optical after seeing the store on our drive home from work. We couldn't help but notice how clean and bright the store was! We decided to check out the store last Saturday as I was looking to get new glasses. We were pleasantly surprised by their selection and how nice the store owner Shatru was. He was very approachable and we never felt the "pushy salesmen" vibe from him or his staff. We left without purchasing as we wanted to do our price research with other retailers and online places but in the end we came back the following day. Shatru was extremely helpful and understanding that we shopped around and said it was our right to do so as consumers. Prices are super competitive (which is important) and his professionalism and expertise was great. We are so happy we found IC Clear Optical and supporting our local business. I had these nice frames but the lens were scratched. I didn't want to throw them out, but as we all know new lenses can cost an arm and a leg to replace. So I did my due diligence and shopped around for a quote. Here's a little charming fact; not only is ic clear optical cheaper than Wal-mart, they are quicker and more efficient! Affordable too. I got my glasses back within no time and now I'm back to seeing things clearly. Professional store, clean, well lit and well trained staff. They should be a staple in the neighborhood.

First of all, I've never bought anything from this store. But, because they are in my neighbourhood, I have gone in to have my glasses fixed/adjusted on a number of occasions and every time they are so friendly and fix my glasses without charging me for the service. The last time, my glasses had actually seriously broken, the end of the arm broke off, So I went into the store I bought them from and they told me my glasses were no longer in stock and they could not replace the arm. End of story, I was SOL. So, I went into IC to see what they could do, they gave me a solution that the other store should have offered me but didn't AND they didn't charge me anything...again. Now that is service! Guess where I'm buying my next pair from? IC Clear Optical!

The routine of an eye test is normally an inconvenience, however, nuisance quickly dissolved to delight within minutes of entering IC Clear Optical. The staff was sweet, friendly, and professional. I was treated like an old friend rather than a patient. The owner took the personal time to inform me on the full range of my insurance coverage and what I was eligible for, coverage of which as I was unaware I had. It wonderful to talk to a professional who sincerely takes the time and care to make sure their customers are thoroughly taken care of. I then browsed and tried on the vast variety of frames and brands that IC Clear Optical had to offer, and for the first time, was excited to have a new look with glasses. It was almost impossible to settle on just one! Aside from the frames, there was a multitude of brand name sunglasses to chose from as well ????. The process was a true enjoyment, the staff at IC Clear Optical genuinely cares about their customers and will take the time to make the appointment special for you!

I was there 05Aug2020. It was supposed to be just an inquiry thing, since I had already an appointment with other optical just a few steps away from my place and this IC Clear Optical is more than an hour travel from my place. My gut feeling is telling me to have a visit and I did. The manager Mr Kumar is a nice person and very accommodating, had me examined without appointment since, luckily, a 12:30 sched is vacant. The doctor is Dr. Jonathan Sui a nice young doctor that answered all of my questions and prescribed me with omega 3 and eyedrop. I recommend this optical to all who needed a pair of glasses. The manager is so nice that he gave me a huge discount for OGA OG3162S frame, Left and Right Essilor digital progressive ARC/SCR polycarbonate lenses. Thanks Mr. Kumar. God bless P.S. cons: well, it will take about 2wks before my pair of glasses is done. ======================== Got my pair of glasses already and I am so pleased with it. It feels and looks elegant and it really improved my vision. Just perfect. I can't thank enough to all the staffs. Best eye wares at very reasonable price and most specially professional people. I am glad I found this shop. Highly recommended.

Our family has had wonderful experiences getting eye exams and purchasing glasses with IC Clear Optical. The layout of the store is bright and modern with a large selection of stylish frames to choose from. The prices are very reasonable too. The owner, Shatru is friendly and professional. My daughter recently lost her much-loved glasses (our first purchase at the store), and had to get them replaced. Shatru not only gave us a discount on this replacement pair, but also gave us a rush order on the glasses at no extra cost! I find the service here exceptional. The owner made trying on glasses fun and comfortable by suggesting dozens of pairs and giving confident clear advice and what worked! I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I ended up with glasses that make me look more like myself and they 'rush' courriered them in so I'd have them in time for my big trip. the best!

My new glasses are absolutely wonderful -- far better than the off-the-shelf readers I've been putting up with for years. They have the invisible lines for trifocals and it is like looking at a whole new world through them. The service was excellent, friendly, but professional. A qualified optometrist tested my eyes in the store and ordered a prescription that took into account the fact that I spend a good deal of my day in front of the computer, researching and writing the history of my neighbourhood. Seriously, I don't know why I waited so long except that I had a really bad experience with one of those big name chain stores. I bought a pair of Ray Bans and a pair of prescription lenses for my sunglasses (both for a great price). I purchased some glasses there and i was having headaches so I returned them and told them why. They suggested I see their optometrist on site, so I did. She was great, apparently my old glasses were prescrption for both eyes and the prescription I had (from another optometrist) was only for one eye, which was the reason I was getting headaches. I was so anxious before about the idea of contacts, that I went to my doctor to ask about laser eye surgery first. Now I'm feeling pretty confident about wearing contacts! I been dealing with Shatru at IC Clear for about 5 years now and it's the only place I'll go for glasses, shades or Contacts period. They're all amazing there and the service is unmatched. The prices are incredible and their willingness to work with each client individually for both their needs but also their financial limitations is next level. Shatru recently provided excellent service to my mother who was in Toronto on a short visit. She had damaged the lenses in her Maui Jim sunglasses the day before her arrival. First time I ever went there, as I got to the store I passed a family just leaving, saying to each other OMG, they are sooooooo nice. It's true, they are so nice. I bought a pair of progressive glasses that I love at a great price and Shatru offered to order progressive contact lenses for me to try so I returned once they came in and he taught me how to put them in and with his instructions made it so much easier than I expected. I was given several trial pairs of lenses free of charge to try out. I broke the frame of my reading glasses on Sunday. My son took them to IC Clear Optical for me. Shatru looked at them, called me and said he couldn't fix them but maybe the lab could. They let you take your time and show you many different frames they have that might interest you with what you're looking for. I was trying to get some low profile reading glasses and I ended up with them plus designer sunglasses with my prescription. I asked them to be ready as soon as possible, since I was travelling overseas. In a couple of days they were ready! I went with my husband and we ended up buying another pair of sunglasses for him too! And the best, they billed directly my insurance and gave us great discounts! They just won 2 loyal customers, they were so caring through out all the process and advice us to get what fits us the most. Only thing to keep in mind is that is a small store (but still has more styles than bigger ones), and a successful business, so it's always a bit crowded. Go with time and patience, but it's 100% worth it!
