These ladies will pull the perfect pair off the display every single time. I can pick out 20 pairs I think will look good....and pick not a one....but the first pair they choose is always the best! You will pay more...but as their sign says "the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price if forgotten".

I was greeted rudely and arrogantly. First time in the store and definitely the last, a real disappointment on a visit to Edgemont Village. I did not know an 'appointment' was necessary but that was pointed out arrogantly as well, as if I was to blame for not knowing that. There are a lot of other places to buy glasses, and I was ready to buy, but I think I'll find a place that understands that in retail, first impressions are everything.

I've purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Highland (progressives and sunglasses) and would highly recommend the company and this is why: What most impressed me was that every staff person I dealt with really cared that I got the right product for me - they were not trying to 'sell' me a product. Caring and knowledgeable staff are becoming a rarity. Excellent experience with a follow up visit - I broke a nose piece and made an appt. to get it replaced. Technician went above and beyond in replacing non broken nose piece (so I had a matching set) and she then tightened up the screws on my glasses - all for same price of just fixing the original broken nose piece. People that really care about what they do!
