Great selection of glasses and if they don’t have them they will try and get them in for you, if you have problems with your glasses they look after you with warranty and no major questions.

Honestly so glad this is where I went for glasses. Went in today in a bad mood and the ladies there were so helpful with helping me pick 2 pairs of glasses that looked great and it really helped to turn my day around. I appreciated them working within my budget too, they were very accommodating with me. 10/10

Good glasses and lenses but customer service is poor. Had an appointment was told to come Back in 20 minutes because there were too many people in the store. When is did return I was basically thrown the glasses and was told if if needed adjustments to come back. I had to see the manager to get them fitted properly. After dropping the kind of money I did on glasses I would expect my appointment to be honored and the staff to ensure that things fit properly.

Just recently got glasses from this new location. Staff were very friendly and the service was great. The optician was also very friendly. The location was harder to find because their sign is really small, would probably recommend them getting a bigger sign. They have very well thought out COVID procedures and I do like that.

They took their time helping me find a frame that I liked. Very knowledgable about finding the style that looked best on me.

My first experience with this office wasn't very pleasant but someone called me to fix the situation. I decided to continue with this office because I figured I would give them a second chance since they did go out of their was to call me to try to fix the mistake that had been made. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased that they still kept their deal with what they had offered me. I am only giving it 4 stars though because I wish there had been a bit more of a selection for glasses that would fit people with smaller face frames better though. Although I did pick out a pair I liked.
