Best frames in town. I was looking over to find newer collection, but most of the other competitors have older or outdated stuff. Eyes berg has best brands DG, Prada, RayBan's, Tiffany, and many more. I have got lenses in a cheaper price with all coatings including U.V and they are thin and looks perfect. Worth shopping here if you need a best brand's and best lens work.

Great service if you plan to choose glasses or contact lenses for yourself. I dropped a lots of optics for lense fitter service and was asked a very high price with 2 weeks of waiting time. Many thanks to Edward the owner of Eyesberg Optical and Dr. Anatoly for explaining in detail and help me with selection of contact lenses. They spent more than 1.5 hours to explain all arising questions to me, because I first started using lenses. Will surely back to them again!

OMG! this is an amazing place with outstanding customer service. My wife broke her frame but the lenses were fine so we went and just mentioned that we were looking for the frame that could accommodate those lenses and Edward made sure that he found them at reasonable prices. They have frames in all ranges so it is every person's one stop shop for optics. He also recommended the free eye exam for my kids. They also helped me insurance claim. This is a perfect example of outstanding customer service and satisfaction. A recommended visit. More than 5 stars.

It’s my husband, Allan’s, and my first time coming in to Eyesberg today after seeing great reviews online and I can definitely see why! During Allan’s eye exam, it was constantly busy in the store while I waited. Various clients came in, ranging from children to seniors and everyone was dealt with in a welcoming and timely manner. I noticed that regular clients were on a first name basis with Edward who was working and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The lady whom we were dealing with as well as the doctor we’re also both very nice and helpful. Looking forward to my own eye exam with them next week!

They said that they called but it’s not, if they called (as they said)they should leave a message in my voicemail and should appear their phone number in my phone, the lady in the front desk isn’t good, it’s a total disaster and stressful on my first experienced to this eye clinic, won’t going back to this clinic again. It’s a negative review to me and no star.

Not rushed when picking out frames, and easy process with direct billing. **UPDATE: I put a 5 star review before I picked up my glasses because you get a discount if you post a google review. I am adjusting the review to reflect my entire experience. When I went to pick up my glasses and get them fitted, I tried it on and asked if they could help fix it to fit my head/face better. The staff told me to “just do it yourself”. If I wanted to fit my own glasses, I would’ve just bought them online instead of in-store. My last optometry store would adjust it for me without hesitation and analyze what needed to be done in order for the glasses to fit me better. I tried to bend it myself, scared that I would break it before I had to insist that she help me. She finally caved in to help me (it still doesn’t fit properly, but I don’t want to go back because it seems like I was such an annoyance to her). I understand it’s covid times, but I wasn’t asking them to come close to me and fix it on my head, I placed the glasses on the counter to ask if they could adjust it to fit better. I also I didn’t see them sanitize the sample glasses after I tried them on (they just placed some of them back on the display). And the staff didn’t wear masks. Oh and their online hours aren’t accurate. I went to pick up my glasses on the weekend according to their google page hours, and they were closed when I got there. Made the extra trip for nothing. I chose this place because of their 5 star reviews on google and I now know that a lot of them are posted just for the discount.

So far not impressed. Started off by thinking this might be great as I wanted a specific brand that this place carries. I phoned, they have the brand but not the model I wanted. I gave them the serial number and asked if they could order it and was promptly told no. They had just received many new frames and were not taking orders. Seems a bit strange if you look at their website and read how their goal is to satisfy customer needs. If they didn't carry the brand I would understand but they do so how difficult can it be to ask for a certain model number.

I have been there for three times, every time had no problem to select glasses that I like. Both reading and sunglasses. Quick and good service.
