Had a good experience buying stuff and eye examination but people are sugar coated. Bad thing is they used my claim information without my consent and claimed the money even when the eye glasses weren't finalized. Highly disappointed. I would take a legal action for this if its not resolved.

They sincerely care about their customer no matter of they would purchase anything from them. Also highly recommend Dr. Pham! Eyelike Optical is the only place I'll ever go to get prescription glasses. They have a beautiful selection, with hard to find brands such as Oliver Peoples and Kio Yamato, and the people there are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The customer service here is unprecedented. I decided to get contact lenses here for the first time after the great reviews, and it's definitely been an encouraging experience with how patient and attentive the staff has been. I must've been in the store for 2 hours practicing putting in contact lenses but Dianna was encouraging the entire time and made sure I left the store feeling comfortable with the lenses. Even after picking up my lenses when they arrived, Dianna continued to answer my emails—I accidentally tore a piece of my lens a week in and freaked out thinking the piece was in my eye, but she was reassuring and offered a replacement pair when I asked about the replacement policy.

Had new lenses put into my frames that I’ve had for 4 years now. The other place gave me my frames back widened to the point where they’re constantly falling off my face if I so much as glanced down. Walked in here and Isaac was so incredibly friendly. Narrowed my frames for me and rebalanced them at no cost even though it was another shop that made the mistake. So nice and excellent customer service, highly recommended and will be returning!

The shop updates their stock availability online so I can choose which ones I like before I came there. The staffs, Song and Chloe, are very nice and helpful. Song was very patient and honest in helping me to choose the best pair of glasses. She has a great sense of fashion and gave me some advice on the clothes that will go well with the glass. Also, the price is actually cheaper than other stores that I went before (a pair of Ray Ban in my case). Overall I feel very impressed with both the services and the quality of the product provided at Eyelike Optical.

Definitely recommend this place. Great experience, I walked out so happy. The workers are super nice, kind and patient. The young ladies helped me select and narrow down frames which suited me best. I must say they were very patient I practically tried their entire selection. I felt very relaxed and took my time with my selection.They also provided honest advice about colour, style, and trends. There was no pressure at all to buy, unlike at some other money grabbing places I've been to. They have the lowest prices amongst at least 3 other places I've checked out. Great selection for all budgets, brand names available for a great price. Their delivery time frame is 5-7 business days; mine were ready in 5. I just walked out a very satisfied and happy customer!

Nice and friendly staff! There is a wide selection of frames and the staff are helpful at selecting one within any budget! What I like best is the staff give their honest opinion and are not overly pushy with their sales and they won't try to up-sell you. Eyelike Optical has customer service like no other! Today I went into the store to purchase new prescription glasses and explained to Isaac that my eyelid had been infected and that I needed glasses immediately. Although orders on glasses take a minimum of 2 days, Isaac did me a huge favor and got my new glasses ready in just an hour! On top of their great and friendly customer service, their prices are always fair for the absolute best quality. The service has always been exceptional and my recent visit during Covid was handled very professionally. They are strictly limiting people in the store by accepting appointments only. I was in the market for a new pair of of glasses and Eyelike optical popped up on Google. I called to make an appointment to get my eyes checked. Doctor Pham was very knowledgeable and patient, he answered all my questions and concerns. The staff were also very helpful, they gave me a bunch of glasses to try on and some I would've never thought to because I didn't think it would look good on my face but they did! I wasn't rushed to pick out a new pair and the staff were very patient because I'm very picky. Just picked up my new glasses (turnaround time was so fast) and I'm loving them! Overall wonderful experience and will be recommending to all my friends and family!

This review is long overdue, I bought a pair of glasses from this boutique last year with fantastic selection and the knowledgeable staff. Since my vision is horrible, the staff recommended a pair of Kio Yamato frames. The frames were light yet flexible and strong, it was a night and day difference compared to what I was wearing before. It also didn't hurt that they looked great too. I've recently took the glasses back to try to fix a bent. I wasn't hopeful because the bent was severe but was surprised went they were able to adjust it back in place by the owner. Would definitely comeback here to get glasses again!

I never wrote any review in my life. This place is an AWFUL definitely AWFUL place to shop. Ive been to this store before and the staff was very nice and very helpful. I bought few Tomford and Prada sunglasses because the staff was very helpful not because I needed it. However, they have really nice Korean staffs so I sent my mom by herself thought she will not have a problem with the language. Yes it is my fault that I did not check with the store whos working but I got a 5 missed call when I was busy working. I called my mom back about 30 mins later. My mom was yelling at me the fact that I sent her by her self in the store with that unbelievable service. She told me that the staff who was helping her was very rude. When my mom tried to explain, the staff was giving her an attitude with rolled eye like "I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO EXPLAIN AND I GOT NO TIME". Thats the time when she tried to reach me. While she was calling me, the store started to get busy so that STAFF told her "NO KOREAN COME NEXT TIME". I will understand if they said it without attitude because YES my mom doesnt speak english and order to help her I do understand they need korean staff. Anyhow, that is not the way they serve a person like that because of language barrier. My mom is not dumb. She graduated up to university but only handicap she has is only language barrier. I couldnt believe what my mom was telling me, so I went to the store by my self later in the week. Everybody was new face and seemed very unorganized. They did not even greeted me so I had to started the conversation. There was a customer who was bargaining when I went in. I heard the guy who was helping him saying if he gives good review, he will give him more discount. I personally dont think that is the good way to sell the products. That is why I decided to write a review. I personally think even one star is over rated. I strongly suggest Kim's optical then this awful and terrible store.

I broke my glasses accidentally and while I was searching from google, I found this store with high rate. I went in to the store to take a look. I found really nice pair so I asked them about the price. Before they give me the price, she (who was helping me) asked me if I have a insurance. I told her Im not sure if I have but told me because I am a student I should have a insurance to cover from school. The price she gave me was very good. I was actually surprised and thought it could be a imitation but she showed me the certificate. The next day I went school to find out about my insurance and went back to the store with information. When I walked in to the store, it was a different staff but I thought she can also able to help. However, here is the problem kicks in. SHE DOES NOT SEEM TO KNOW HER JOB. I asked her about the insurance but I was able to read her face with full confusion. She tried to explain but it also made me confused too. When she was explaining, she was saying something totally different then what I asked for. I just left the store with full of questions and confusions. One girl was very helpful but the other girl was TOTALLY not helpful. I hope they train the staff well so they know what is their job.

Was recommended here by my sister. It hard for me to find frames because of the size of my head, most places either don't carry it or the ones they do have are out of style. This place actually had a lot of choices and the employee helping me was very patient and helped me pick out a pair. I came back 2 days later to pickup my glasses. I am surprised that they carry a lot of high end brand such as Celine, Tomford,etc. Before, the only place I could think of is Holt Renfrew. But here they have everything too and the price is way cheaper. I saved big money when ordering a Dior Sideral here. Trust me the price here is amazing. Exceptional customer service too. They fixed my glasses for free even though I didn't buy from them.
