This pace has no value for your time and totally unprofessional. Left 50 mins past my scheduled appointment and will never come back. This is by far the best optical store I have ever been to! The choice, the service, the location make my drive from Waterloo absolutely worth my time. The owners are friendly, helpful and very professional. The superb choice of frames is equivalent if not better than shopping at Holts....they carry Celine, Tiffany, Ray Ban, Valentino, burberry and Tom Ford....one stop shopping for the best frames ever!

Amazing place and service . Sophia really helps you choose frames that are complimentary to your face. Both have the newest selection and the best prices. I had the expirence to go somewhere else just to try a new place out and that was a mistake.. they got my prescription wrong my lenses were off completely ... I called Sophia and Ali for help on reading the prescription as the competitor couldn’t read it and they did even hesitate to help me out even though I wasn’t giving them business at that moment. I won’t go elsewhere again! They are a one stop shop and the optometrists on staff are awesome as well. Me my kids and my extended family shop there. ❤️

They offer great lenses (Nikon) and carry manufacturers with solid warranties. Owners are super friendly and helpful. The variety of frames could be a little more diverse.

Called ahead before going to make sure they were open during the Covid hours and the owner confirmed that they were open. Got there and there were a lot of people. The lady owner went to the few guys that came after us asking them to select their frames. Finally the owner came up to me after I had wondered the store for awhile unattended, asking me first thing if I have an appointment. I told her I called just 30 mins ago and was told "the store is open", "see you soon", she did not mention anything about appointment over the phone. She said I need to call again and book an appointment, and basically telling me to leave. I felt discriminated and saddened. While leaving there were at least 15 other customers crowded in the store. Did she book all those appointments for that time? Truth is no one had appointments. No one else was asked to leave. The guys that came in after us got help right away and she did not ask them if they had appointments and I Actually called before coming. Extremely disappointed with the lady owner..

My favourite place to go for eyewear! The owners are so friendly and Sofia is amazing at looking at your face and picking the perfect glasses for you. They always go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with your experience and make sure that you are comfortable in your new glasses. Over the last 6 or 7 years, I’ve bought 3 pairs of glasses from there.

If I could give a negative review I would . Positivley Terrible I have been in 4 times now in the last couple of years and the owners are so busy chatting about non business stuff you have to ask for help if you want to know any pricing. I was never even spoken to when I dropped in on Saturday and had to listen to them compete with some customer about who's child is better at sports and bragging. Absolutely disgusting

EyeCare Optical took AMAZING care of me today. After having my glasses smashed, I called in for my prescription so I may get an emergency pair of contacts. Right away they asked if I needed any samples to get me on my way. I came in anyhow and an order of sample contacts just got there!! Even better, they had my old frames in my prescription in the back! After a bit of adjusting I had left with a brand new pair of lenses and my sight restored! Thank you guys! You are always the best!
