I've had my current glasses from Dr Specs for about 5 months now. I've been wearing glasses for 57 years. I have very poor eyesight without glasses, pretty much blind. These glasses I have now from Dr Specs are the best I can remember ever having. The lens accuracy is superb as is the fit. My previous glasses were bought online. What a difference! Sure you pay more. But it's your sight, kind of important. It's worth getting it fitted (lens and frame) by a pro.

I broke my glasses and needed them to mark a bunch of papers (I'm a teacher). The staff at Dr. Specs warrantied my frames on the spot and put my old lenses in new frames. Considering I fell on my glasses and breaking them was totally my fault, I can't say how happy I am with the awesome customer service!!!

The staff at Dr Specs treats us like we matter every time. They have a fantastic kids program and they are really good with my young kids and my teens. When we order glasses or new lenses they usually call us days before we expect to get them.

I went to put on my favourite sunglasses this morning when I was out walking and realized that one of the "arms" had detached due to the screw being out. I went into Dr. Specs Optical and Debbie was SO helpful to fix these for me. She was patient when working on them and cleaned them up for me. I really appreciated how kind she was and am thrilled that she was able to fix them. Thank you Debbie for helping me! :)

Its eye exam time, and I will now be giving Dr Specs my business again because of how well I have been treated in the past with prior drop ins regarding various things. See you soon! I recently got new glasses at Dr Specs Optical. Their prices were great, as was their selection! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and my new glasses were ready in a timely manner. I went back twice to get my new glasses adjusted, (as they fit a little too tight), and great service from Ellyse every time. I highly recommend them, and would go back to them!

Don't go here to get an adjustment if you dont live in town. Male, working Saturday, June 2 in the morning, with accent, totally disinterested in helping me. Got more of spiel of what could happen if he did an adjustment. Checked my glasses obviously to see if they were purchased there. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER P.R.

I have two kids and they both had such a good experience with Dr. Specs. They ACTUALLY talk to your kids and explain all the neat equipment and the Optometrist made everything fun for them. If you have kids, take them here! All the staff are great with kids

I needed glasses immediately as I had lost mine and did not have a backup pair. On the advice of a family member who had been an optician I contacted Dr. Specs. Lea there not only found me gorgeous frames in my price range, she also had them made up in my prescription same-day! I am thrilled with the service and price. I recommend this store completely, they really came through for me (and no, still haven't found the lost pair).

Money well spent! The staff answered all my questions and more. The eye exam was very thorough and very interesting. They made sure that I was aware of every option available, but did not once push for a sale. - I was not just a number at this store. And....This place is spotless. ( remember to wear your mask.) Just a great experience over all. Can't believe I found frames here as well. J

Horrible customer service! My elderly father called about having an eye exam and getting new glasses and was told to just pop in. When we ‘popped in’, the associate was rude and impatient and explained to us that we had to make an appointment for an eye exam- Which is fair enough, but the misinformation my father received, coupled with the condescending tone we were met with, is more than enough to ensure I never shop here.

Thank you for the wonderful care we received from the staff and the Doctor. I brought both my kids in this week. The doctor was great with them, especially my kid with autism. The Dr had alot of patience with him and made him comfortable. The eye exam was a huge success. Thank you again for the great care, friendly service. I would recommend Dr Specs to everyone! They are great in every way. I am very thankful for squeezing me in as emergency. When they thought they couldn't help me the owner went above and beyond by calling other places on my behalf. I'm amazed at the service that was provided.
