Dr. Jaeger examined my husband and he was quick, pleasant and helpful. The receptionist was nice as well even though we had to do some preliminary paperwork that was supposed to be done before. Would recommend.

Glasses are useless. They tried to tell me the script could change with sugar levels.. in the ten days it took them to make.. so.. every ten days get new glasses they would never work? (Sugar levels did not change though). Then they blamed the eye doctor. For $250 you'd think they would remotely work right. So disgusted in their shirking responsibility. Would not just refund for their bogus work. So now the proud owner of useless brand new glasses in hard case. I can't even sell them/give them away since who knows what they really cut.

Terrible place. Told me they would call me before my appointment started to tell me to come inside and they never did. Wasted my time, seek out a different ophthalmologist; there’s plenty better in Keene than this place

The Optical shop in my experience is great. They do very well with my 4 year old each time we go.. (sense she was like 1.5 years old or so) The place is clean and well kept and the employees are very kind and helpful. (Some more then others but ALL are respectuful and kind)

Very disappointed in the sense of urgency. I called with an eye problem today and talked with the receptionist for a long time between being put on hold and giving her information. She kept informing me the doctor was out and she would see what she could do. She finally informed me that she would address my problem with the nurse and she would call me back. That was early this am and it is almost 9 pm and haven't heard anything. Nobody is in charge or nobody cares which is pretty hard to determine. If the doctor is gone and he or she is suppose to be in charge then I would hope that there is a second person in command that can take charge. Administrator should stop their high stepping around bragging on how fantastic a job their doing and get in the trenches and see what is going on. This is not an isolated incident where the sense of urgency has been overlooked but was the straw that broke the camel back.

I was ready to put forth my debate club skills when I realized both pairs of my new glasses were not what I ordered (someone mixed up which pair should get transition lenses- essentially upgrading my spare pair). Meg saved the day by having the correct lenses made for my primary glasses at no cost and I got to keep the other "upgraded" lenses without charge as well. Meg did what made sense: corrected a mistake without charging me. Thank you, Meg.

I was late for my appointment, but the receptionist said I could wait in the lobby...I thought someone else might forget their appointment and they could fit me in...THEN THEY CALLED SECURITY! Wow, why would they treat patients this way?!

$380 for a 20 minute eye exam seems very expensive.

I had a not so great first time experience here and immediately did a Google review. I went in to pick up my sons glasses and not only did they apologize for my experience, they extended a significant discount to my balance. After seeing how they handled a customer service complaint and the quality of the glasses I will be back. The guy spent a good twenty minutes with my 9 year old explaining the importance of keeping them protected and clean. I ate my words on this review.
