Nous y sommes retourné à 3 reprises et il y avait plein de halos dans les lentilles à chaque fois. À deux reprises ils nous promettent qu'ils les ont bien vérifié. Et la dernière fois avant de les faire refaire ils nous disent que s'ils ne sont pas correcte ils les feront sans polarisation pour éviter un enième déplacement. On arrive là et toujours le même probleme. Au total on a gaspillé 8 heures pour rien. Lorsqu'on demande un remboursement, ils ne le font que rembourser la 1/2 de la monture. Je me serait attendu à la 1/2 des verres également! À 3 reprises ils nous ont menti pour nous leurrer en boutique en espérant qu'on n'y voit que du feu. Mauvais service à la clientèle et se sacrent bin de la satisfaction de leurs clients. Vraiment déçu!

When I got there, the receptionist simply tild me that I would have to come back at another time because I was late. No consideration was given to the fact that it was snowing outside and it was hard enough to get there with a newborn baby. I am writing a new review because I am really impressed with the service & knowledge of the staff at this location. They have 2 on-site optomotrists and if you miss or didn't have time to make an appoitment but just need to get stuff done, they will manage to fit you in for an eye appoitment on the same day-much less wait time than other places! Also, I needed new frames & lense and saw a promotion at a competitor and called them up to ask if they would match the promotion and they did and even added extra promotions to ensure I was going to be really happy with my new glasses-I did leave happy :) Furthermore, I took my son their for his eye test and to get new glasses and before I could ask if they did the government cash back intiative of $250 dollar for persons under 18 yrs of age, they explained it at the beginning of the appoitment-that's great customer service to make sure their customers can take advantage of all benefits offered to help families save money..SUPER! Lastly, I want to mention how wonderful they are at helping to choose frames-I tried on 12 pairs and I did choose the first one they showed me at the beginning ;) A vey BIG thank to Miraille and her staff for 7 years of excellent service before and during this pandemic-Be Safe Be well, geoff

Found that at least 2 of the people I dealt with in the front were rude and ignorant. Too many people trying to put their 2 cents in.3 people involved in getting me registered for my appointment. Second person got involved for cost of appointment and said well you have to pay now, give your money rudely, then I was putting my money on the little table in front of me and a third person grabbed before I was even able to double check to make sure none of the bills stuck that I was giving the correct amount, then that person tells me oh I have to give you back $ 5 dollars but I have no change. I will have to go get some as if it was my fault they had no change. This was my first and last visit there. I would not refer anyone there even my worst enemy
