We were sold a 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk that came with huge gouges on the rims and an error code that requires servicing on day one. When we applied for financing the vehicles rims were perfect with no blemishes. Upon picking up the vehicle we noticed chunks missing due to an Inexpirienced service tech taking the wheel off and on. We then noticed a service start/stop warning displayed on the dash as well as a error code. The dealerships Owner Gregg Sudds stated the error code was not their fault nor are they to blame for selling a vehicle with error codes present. He was not apologetic at all and didn't care about the damage done to the rim nor the error code that was shown to him. We returned the vehicle the next day. READ your contracts carefully. We clearly expressed we did not want the warranty yet they tried to sneak it in the contract when my fiance went to sign off. They lied about the warranties coverage even though it's clearly listed on the warranties website. They sold us a vehicle without even putting tire caps on and left it on the lot for a weeks without them on even after being told about it. If you have a choice go litterally anywhere else and you will have a much better experience then dealing with them!

I was very impressed with the friendly staff at first.... I have a 3 year old Honda fit with all the extra warranties etc. Anyhow, it is rusting. When I asked about it I was told it wasn't covered under any of my warranties until it became a hole. I also have flaking oaint that should be covered under my recall but they told me it was a stone chip and not covered. I have since gone to Kingston Honda who took pictures and made a couple phone calls and SURPRISE, it is covered under my warranty and the paint recall. It is going in shortly to be fixed. Kingston has earned my loyalty and I will be purchasing another Honda from them in a year. Thank you Kingston Honda!

Late in the month of June of 2017 I realized that my 2001 Toyota needed repairs that were estimated to cost more than I had paid for the vehicle in the first place. My wife and I started searching online for a gently used minivan that would meet our needs and fit within our budget. We soon located a 2012 Honda Odyssey with less than 60k kilometres for sale at West City Honda. The detailed information and pictures available on their website convinced me that this vehicle might be the one we were looking for. I initiated an inquiry and very quickly received a response from Ethan Boisvert, Internet Coordinator and salesperson for the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and knowledgeable individual to deal with. We arranged a test drive during which Ethan answered all of our questions honestly and, quite frankly, he gave us the confidence we needed to make our decision to purchase the vehicle. In fact, we were so happy with our experience at West City Honda we decided to ask Ethan to be on the lookout for another gently used Honda to replace my wife's 2005 KIA. After several weeks Ethan advised us of a 2012 Honda Fit that had recently been traded in at the dealership. We arranged another test drive which duplicated our previous experience and soon afterwards my wife was the proud owner of that vehicle. Great atmosphere from the entire Sales Team. I never felt pressured or sensed anything shady. Trish Dickinson put me at ease right away and it felt that way though the whole process. Friendly staff. I had my 2001 Civic in for a recall and it was fixed in reasonable time. I had a small issue with my A/C losing pressure that I worked out that it was the low pressure valve that had bad seals and was leaking. I asked the service department for a new valve for my A/C low pressure input and they gave it to me free of charge. I thought that was cool until I went to do the repair. The valve they gave me was for a tire, not A/C. Not even close. This pretty much says it all to me about this dealership. I might by a car from them, but the service is questionable.

Not Reccomended If you expect them to be able to handle a warranty claim in a competent manner (paint peeling off our 2015 Fit by itself). Any conversations or dealings with service advisor Matt Miller or Warranty Specialist Julie Crane should be witnessed , recorded and fully documented . This team of incompetants seem to be working hard to undermine any good reputation the Honda brand possesed. My advice is to stay away from this dealership , either drive to a neighboring Honda Dealer or buy a Toyota (like I currently feel I should have done)

I also mentioned that I wanted to purchase 4 screws for the license plate. They gave me new screws AND installed them at no charge. Given the fact that the service staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, I can say that they completely exceeded my expectations during this visit.

Last summer I contacted Ethan Boisvert and asked him to be on the look out for a Honda Odyssey within a specific range for km's, price, year, etc. He was so great to work with because he did not pressure us at all, he only contacted us when he had something with exactly what we wanted, and he was willing to deal with us electronically. In my experience I found so many other people in sales (at other dealerships) were not willing to do business via email etc. because they wanted to get you in their office to pressure you. Ethan understands the time pressures people have these days and accommodated our needs. Most importantly of all, Ethan was very up front and honest with us when it came to selecting and pricing a used Honda Odyssey. I would recommend Ethan and I will deal with him again in the future.

Took my van in to have my break lights looked at, water in the lights. They kept the van a second day only to pick up the van and find that there was STILL water in the back up lights !! The service person said that "that was not there yesterday it must be condensation" -- really ???no rain last night and two inches of condensation ?? Had the mechanic who had "fixed" the problem look at again and it appeared like he was looking at it for the first time ! Spend over $300.00 for a B1 and for them to say they "fixed" the problem ... now I have no idea if they actually did all the things they were suppose to do in a B1. Love Honda cars but Honda service is poor.

I recently had to bring my 2009 Honda CRV in on a recall....they had to perform a punch test on the rear frame to determine its roadworthiness...it failed! They patiently explained to me how the test worked and then gave me some options as I would not be driving my car home that day. They put me into a lovely loaner vehicle for a week while I made my decision. I chose to take the financial offer and put it toward a new ‘used’ vehicle which they helped me pick out. Within a week I was in a 2012 CRV and it cost me nothing. All of the employees, from the counter staff in the service dept. to the sales people in the front office and financing, were a pleasure to deal with. They got in touch with my insurance agent and made sure all of the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased with the way West City Honda handled everything and would recommend their services and vehicles!

Thanks for the great service! I bought a previously-loved Odyssey from a different dealer, and brought it into West City Honda to have the winter tires put on and the sliding doors looked at (they were not sliding smoothly). The service department also performed some recall work that I didn't know was needed. They lubricated the sliding doors and checked my brakes free of charge! They let me know how much tread was left on all 8 tires, and the doors are working great now. I appreciated that the service department opened at 07:30 so I could drop my van off before work, and the shuttle service to work and back was quick and friendly.

Worst car buying experience ever. from the sales people fighting over who's customer I was to the car breaking down three km down the road after buying it. The 2016 Honda Civic has dangerous braking issues. Neither the Honda dealership nor Honda Canada would fix. Buying a car from this dealership cost me over $10,000 when I traded it in and bought a Toyota that was safe. After owning five Honda Civics since 1990 I will never ever buy another Honda product again because of the way I was treated buy Honda Canada and the dealership. Honda used to be a good product but the 2016 model and up are terrible. If you go on YouTube you can see just how many problems these cars have that Honda isn't coming good for.

Due to circumstance I had to replace my 2014 Honda Odyssey that was written off I contacted West City Honda to find out the consultant who had sold me two vehicles had retired. I initially spoke to Scott Hunter about my situation and what I was looking for which was either another Odyssey or a Honda Ridgeline. Due to a shortage of supply at the moment none were in stock. I got notified a few days later that a 2019 Ridgeline was traded in and was able to test drive it first. Upon arriving at the dealership I met Boris Cvijeticanin who understood our situation and showed us the Ridgeline and explained everything about the vehicle and took us for a test drive. He and the dealership were very sympathetic to my situation and were honest that the Ridgeline and Odyssey was in short supply (new and used) and didn’t pressure me into the purchase. I was looking for a newer car for my daughter, I sent an email and had a reply right away, we set up an appointment with Ethan Boisvert, a really nice guy and great to deal with. After deciding to make an offer we met with Nancy Crouter who went through the finance options and that was quick and painless... When we picked up the vehicle they had a representative go through the car with my daughter and set up her Bluetooth and go through all the functions.. the car she bought was a 2014 Honda fit, the car was in amazing condition. I'd like to thank the team at west City Honda for an excellent and satisfying experience. I would defiantly buy from them again.

Boris was the best and handled everything for me perfectly! His knowledge and expertise was a breath of fresh air. He handled everything and kept me at ease about the purchase of my Civic. Greg and Stephanie took care of the financials and everything was explained and went very smoothly. Their expertise was also reassuring. Noel took me thru most of the features of the vehicle and he explained everything very well. There were 2 small things that happened that I wasn’t expecting… 1) how to set radio stations and 2) what happens when you brake hard (alarms went off and would not go off until I cut the engine and restarted). No harm done but scared me a bit but all is well and I have asked Boris to explain what may have happened and I am sure he will do this. Overall I am very pleased with the service and level of expertise of the entire team! ????

The thing I most hate doing is buying a car. I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled in to the parking lot to look at what was available. The gentleman cleaning the snow off vehicles was friendly and knowledgeable and mentioned there was a CRV in the showroom. Walked in door. Greeted by Trish and again was pleased with the friendliness. Left to look at car at other dealership. Not friendly or overly interested in our business so drove back to West City Honda and ended up buying CRV. During the sales process I was introduced to all the staff and felt comfortable the entire time. Had to bring my dog when picking up car after sales completed and he was more than welcome and was greeted by all the staff. Highly recommend dealership
