The management and staff at the store in Belleville has gone above and beyond in helping find the appropriate medical equipment and assistive living products to help keep my parents at home and safe. I can’t thank them enough for the great service and accommodations in getting them the best deals in using their PC Optimum points to full advantage. They also gave us stellar service on replacing my husband’s aging CPAP with a newer better version A+++

I'm a bit disapointed by the service. I called a day before in store To make sure they would have a specific bandage for 2nd degree burns (bactigras for specifics) and send my husband get it. (The bandages were for a 15 month-old by the way). They didnt had any in-store....... Thanks for making me call in all the pharmacies in the region

I have had nothing but knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff at all my recent shopping experiences at this Belleville Wellwise store…but in particular- of this latest purchase of a recliner chair I desperately needed to address my painful vertebrae fracture. From my initial phone call to enquire of in-stock product; to in-store help with trying out chairs; to helping me with getting the bonus Optimum points to apply to this transaction and the efficiency and ease of payment/ warranty / product info ..etc…a thorough, comprehensive conclusion to this sale. I couldn’t have been more pleased - it’s been awhile since I’ve had such a satisfying shopping experience!! Then - to top it off !!!!…the staff managed to arrange with delivery department to have chair delivered same day!! In fact, I was home less than 1/2 hr when chair arrived and was set up in my home. Plus delivery guy went ‘above and beyond’ to help me move out my old furniture to make space and to ensure chair functioning properly. Thank you, Wellwise people ..you have made an old lady happy and grateful by doing your job so well ..this chair was ‘sorely’ ( double entendre intended) needed….i will rest easy tonight - thanx to you all. I wish more retail stores /staff could meet this level of care and attention that I received …and know that it is much appreciated by the customer - makes you feel like that ‘valuable customer’ you used to hear about. Sorry for going on a bit here!!..but just couldn’t ‘hold it in’ - wanted to share it and assure you this is a great place to shop for your health aids / needs. Many thanks to Brandi and William, Belleville store! I purchased a pulse oximeter over the phone for my 93 year old mother who lives in Belleville (I live in Perth). Not only did Brandi arrange to have it delivered to her door, (on the same day, and for only $10), make sure the batteries were in and ready to go, but William also took it out of the packaging and showed my mom how to use it. Amazing customer service! Thanks. 10 out of 10 service!!!!

I went into this store to look at a lift chair for my mom. The staff were friendly and informative. They took the time to explain all of the features of the chair and I did not feel pressured to buy. I had looked at other chairs in other retail stores but found this store to be the most knowledgeable. From the information gathering to the delivery of my chair, I would recommend this store as the place to go for your health care needs. The only issue I found with this store is - it was hard to find, inside a Shoppers Drug Mart and no outside access.
