So happy we discovered Theodore & Pringle in our local Loblaws Store on Robertson Road. I needed a new perscription filled asap and our usual optical store was closed due to Covid-19. Shamim was delightful to work with when choosing my new frames and the service she provided both pre and post pickup was exceptional.

Thanks to the excellent service and assistance, I now have my new glasses. Since the store opened, it is the 3rd pair that I got from the helpful staff. And my husband has bought several pairs as well. The last pair of frames that I bought had a flaw and as a result, they broke. The staff replaced them without any issues. I could not be happier with their service. Highly recommended this store and the staff, who go the distance and care for their customers. They go the extra step to ensure that we are satisfied. Went there to find new glasses, wanted something a little different, so I looked at a pair that I wouldn't normally get. The employee working there gave terrible advice, saying the pair looked great. I got them, and now I'm being made fun by others for my awful choice in glasses. No chance to exchange or discount, I'm stuck with an ugly pair of glasses because an employee told me they looked good. Order glasses online, Theodore and Pringle Optical is worse than useless.
