Went in on Monday during the freezing rainstorm because I broke my glasses and desperately needed a replacement pair as my backups are 10 years old. I ordered two pairs of glasses as well as a trial pair of contacts and paid in advance. Was told 2-3 days, and I called today (Thursday)just to see if they were on schedule and was told yes, the lenses arrived; they'd be ready today I just received a call that they messed up both pairs of lenses in their machine and that I would not be getting anything until mid next week. I wouldn't have settled for frames from their store if I was willing to wait over a week to get them. They had two tries to get me a pair a glasses and blew them both. Shame on me if I go back

booked an appointment, the soonest they could get me in was about 2 months after i called, showed up for my appointment and they told me they didn’t write it down so now i have to wait another 3 months with strained eyes. didn’t even offer to put me on a cancellation list or anything!

I had my eyes tested went here and ordered glasses. I travel with my job . Picked up my glasses and went away for work . The glasses were transitions and were hard to read with and I was told it may take some time to get used to them . After working away from town, I returned slightly after there return policy, I was annoyed this company would not even take the time to look into it. Needing glasses for work I got another eye exam and this optometrist confirmed the previous test was accurate . I ordered new glasses through these people and they got it right ! I am happy now I wasted time and money going here.
