I had a takeout Mucho Chicken Burrito last week and my husband had a Chicken Quesadilla. Mine was excellent as was the service, very quick and friendly. My husband said he enjoyed his as well. We'll definitely go again. UPDATE: I hadn't been in a while and went back about a week ago. The food was mediocre at best.

The food was really good! However, even though my kids only wanted meat inside, no rice, no salad, nothing else, they sold me the biggest, more expensive burrito, arguing that it is the only one that could have meat. So i paid the most expensive burrito when it had only a mini portion of meat and theys didn't tried to find a better solution. When my kid asked for guacamole, they told us that it had an additional price, so we told the guy to put it anyway. My kid said that the portion was too small and i asked to have a little bit more but they said that the portion was like that... As far as I'm concerned it was very bad customer service and they didn't show empathy at all which might be a reflection of the culture of the company. I'm assumimg those are employees who are told to behave like that, to save 1 onz of avocado!

Worst staff ever, they wont welcome you when you walkin, and worst thing is that being a Mucho Burrito brand, they will make their own rules - only 3 toppings allowed in a burrito bowl - JUST RIPOFF of customers money. When you tell them to add salad items, they will add it as if its a side dish. I am an Indian but wont prefer this location run by an Indian!! I would have given 0 stars if there was an option.

This location seems to always be very clean the few times iv been in so I do appreciate that, but the staff come off like they really hate it when you walk into the door and always say " what do you want" or nothing at all.. not that hard to say " what can I get for you today?" It just sounds so much better then a sassy hurry up and tell me what you want with a smug look. The food is never constant some times you get a good amount and sometimes you just get whatever they have left over and don't want to make more. So if you want to feel welcomed just go next door to Starbucks and be served by people who actually want to.

If you like burritos, fast service, healthy food and value. This is the place! Prices are just slightly higher them your typical fast food but the value you get for your money is excellent. The food tastes great and the music you hear walking up to the restaurant sets the tone right before stepping inside. Even writing this review is making me think about changing my lunch plans!

UPDATE: I would have to say that it really depends when you go here. Most of the time, the food is fairly fresh. I just remember when this location first opened, it seemed better. It's a good place to go in a pinch if you're looking for healthy, and delicious. I would say there's still room for improvement as far as freshness goes. Staff are helpful, and friendly.

My family and I were visiting Belleville and visited this location (295 North Front St). We always have a pleasant experience at Mucho Burrito in Toronto/Ottawa. However, the customer experience and portion sizes at this location was appalling. The toppings were covered up which prevented us from knowing what toppings were available. You'll find the fav response to most questions asked is "That'll be EXTRA". Could I have a bit more sauce? "That'll be EXTRA". We had our burritos joking about the "That'll be EXTRA" to anything (napkin, copy of the receipt). It's locations like this that ruin it for the chain. Wish there was an option for zero stars.

In terms of Mexican fast-food this is the best in town, all the ingredients are fresh and there are a lot of sauces, salsa's and toppings for your burritos. They have a great selection of meats or for a lesser cost you can straight up just have the veggie option. They also have your standard soda's but they also have Jarritos which is like a Mexican soda that's generally citrus-y and made with cane sugar instead of corn syrup.

Passing through Belleville and decided to grab some MB! Restaurant looks clean, but they really don’t take much pride in the food they’re preparing. Definitely skimped on the ingredients - my burrito bowl looks half empty. For the price, you really don’t get much value here.

Food here is good for the most part (haven't had anything yet that was bad or that I didnt like) and the service was really good. Downside is the pricing is rather expensive compared to othee areas nearby (my regular burrito, snack size nachos and a small bowl of soup was $25 with a drink.) Will probably eat here again in the future, but I dont know if I would recommend them... its still pricier

What a pleasant surprise. At first I thought the menu looked a little expensive. Placed my order, was handed a burrito that can only be described as the approximate size of a child's leg. After consuming all of the food I spent the rest of the day with a burrito-baby gestating in my organs. Great food , great quality. Worth the money!

If your looking for fresh food that is considered a "fast" food while still staying in the realm of nutritious, this is the place. You can eat in or take out, service at this location every time I have come has been very good. Like subway you can pick and choose your toppings so it's really up to you. Because they are licensed it gives this "fast" food option a little bit of an edge over other options available in that it caters to those who would like to have an alcoholic beverage with their meal. Not all franchises are created equally...no matter how hard they try but this Mucho Burrito location is one of the best I have been to yet. The staff are awesome.

It’s not bad food in a rush. However I just feel it’s too expensive! For the price of 3 tacos, dip, and queso.....It was over $20. For that price I have been to nice sit down Mexican restaurants. For a quick in and out bite I feel like the charge too much and are a bit skimpy on the toppings and the protein. For the price they charge my tacos should at least be full. This is a chain and I have had other mucho burrito experiences which are tasty. I do go here in a pinch but I think it’s overpriced compared to other nicer Mexican restaurants that aren’t take out.

Coming since the day it opened. Your new staff on the evening of (July 10 2021) are awful. Tried to fill my mucho burritos with all rice. Put the same amount of meat on my mucho as my medium the day before, she knew what she was doing too. My business is going to Guac Mexi grill from now on. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the staff was friendly however they were very skimpy on the ingredients in both a burrito and burrito bowl. I would say that this location give the impression that they are trying to keep costs low by being very measured in the amount of filling they put into the food. I prefer generous portions at almost every other burrito place I have been to.

Very friendly both the young girl and older gentleman working on Good Friday. Place is spotless. Has a large table if you decided to eat in. Regulars were plenty big enough you would have to be a really big eater to get through the mucho. All in for 3 and a guacamole add on $33.00 gave them $5. For a tip on top of that. See you again

Never had experience like this, i was on phone call with my friend and he went there to pick skip the dishes order and he told the lady skip order# and asked that is my order is prepared ? literally that lady start shouting on him and saying please do not come for pick up the food if you can not wait we have another work as well. this kind of attitude is not good for business and in customer service. i personally met with the owner he is awesome and very nice to everyone. but he should take care of all these situation.

Food portions are smaller than other mucho burrito.. the lady behind the counter got the order wrong and tried to overcharge. When questioned she got angry and said “who’ll pay the taxes?”. And after a min of arguing she finally realized her mistake and didn’t apologize. Poor customer service

Was good when first opened, however now they have cut out white rice (which is more expensive than brown rice), smaller bowls (portion sizes) and a new menu which is at least 20%-25% more expensive. Used to be good for a reasonable priced quick meal, however a $10 steak would burrito bowl after tax is now $14 after tax. Won't be coming here anymore.

Usually good. Didn't enjoy it the last time before this one when I was there. They very much skimped on the ingredients. I did have a positive experience this time and both my husband and myself enjoyed what we ordered. Staff is a bit standoffish I find. It would be nice if they spoke a bit louder as I have had the ask them to repeat what they asked me. This isn't just me doing this. Any time I am in I find the other customers have the do the same. Store is clean and tidy.

This was a terrible experience. They were so sparse on the ingredients. I would say they are giving %30 less than other chains in the franchise. And the meat was cold. Extremely cheap, cheap cheap. Avoid, don't get off the highway to come here.

I have been to Mucho several times and my burrito has always been excellent. This location is clean and the staff are friendly. The last time I was in I decided to try the new beyond meat (vegetarian option) burrito. I have had beyond meat burgers and loved them so I figured it would be the same for this. I was very disappointed, the beyond meat crumble tasted like it was overcooked and chewy.

Very friendly both the young girl and older gentleman working on Good Friday. Place is spotless. Has a large table if you decided to eat in. Regulars were plenty big enough you would have to be a really big eater to get through the mucho. All in for 3 and a guacamole add on $33.00 gave them $5. For a tip on top of that. See you again

The Mucho in Belleville is probably my favourite place to go for lunch or dinner. The staff are so friendly and the man in charge remembers you and notices when you haven’t been in a while, I have never gotten this kind of service anywhere else. This location seems like it’s trying to save money. Tiny scoops of each ingredient in a bowl...ended up being more like half a bowl even though I asked him to add more of some of the ingredients. Which he did very reluctantly. Got chips and queso too, chips were stale. Compared to other locations, very skimpy.

The one lady working on the front. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name. She was very rude & has no sense, how to talk with customers. I went there to pick up my skip the dishes order and I politely said my order number is this and she said don’t mess up my brains, we are very busy today and she said wait for 20 minutes. I stood there for 20 minutes and after that I picked my order. Ma’am keep your attitude in your pocket. That was your duty which you was doing and I was on my duty. You was very busy that wasn’t my fault. Talk with your owner if you can’t handle customers and learn about how to deal with customers with good manners.

Very small portion sizes here in comparison to other locations, staff isnt very friendly. Asked for pork and they put steak on, and couldn't take it off, so I ended up paying for steak when I wanted pork. Loved going here last summer, after reading the reviews, must be new owners. Replies to my review but ignores the response they requested. Zero customer service here.
