I always appreciate the great service from Jeff at Japan Camera. Their prices are right in line with the stores in bigger centers and they have a great selection of cameras, lenses and accessories. I've purchased several things here over the years and am always happy to shop local here.

Very disappointed with this store. Been there three times and no one seems really interested in helping or even just say hi.

Many negatives I've gotten processed have been consistently damaged (small holes, dust and hair covering every strip). Super low scanning quality (not even suitable for posting on social media) for top a dollar price, 4x6 prints are pixelated to the point where you can't tell what the image is. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful (depending on what you're talking about) but in my opinion It's not worth getting and film processed here.

1. Price is higher 2. I felt so unwelcome d 3. They don't even have drinking water for customers. I was told to buy from somewhere else. 4. They didn't change any contrast or brightness of my passport photo and printed it as it is. which looked so dull as they don't have proper lighting setup. STAFF IS NOT TRAINED WELL.

This store has a huge selection of camera equipment both new and used. They also offer many services to get images from your phone or other devices onto metal, canvas, acrylic, or just beautiful prints. If you need anything photographic this is a great choice.

My camera wasn't working.... the screen was dark and doing strange things.... Went into the store fully expecting to have to buy a new one and the owner was able to fix it! Took it apart and found that connections weren't.... connecting.... He also didn't charge me anything, so I'm one happy person!

Recently I had taken a very old black and white panoramic group picture of my Mom and her platoon, in full dress CWAC uniforms after their graduation in 1943, that had been rolled up in a tube shape for 73 years, which I found in a shoebox in her closet after her death. I didn't think it could be saved after so long and it's age and the shape it was in but Debi and Jeff worked their magic and transformed that old. faded, cracked wonderful picture of memories into a beautiful work of historical art. I cannot thank them enough for their talented efforts on my behalf and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of their special talents! Thank you so much...

I hadn't realized before that I could print photos there - I found the prices for frames and prints cheaper than Walmart and I especially love the option to order prints from my phone at home and just go pick them up later! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people! And locally owned makes it even better! ????
