The only place in town willing to order in frames to suit my preferences rather than telling me that current stock was all that was available (none of the 3 chain store in town would order frames) . Very professional and positive atmosphere. The most thorough and complete exam in yrs. Staff are very friendly and considerate from reception to Technicians. Dr. Lam was wonderful and made the appt quite relaxing. The Optician that helped me choose a pair of frames and fitted me for them was very helpful and so were the ladies who gave me a 2nd opinion. So, i think innova has a high detailed business,very organized well run, but i had a little bit of a burn which irked me. I had just had therapy on my back as it has been hurt i parked in parking lot a little ways from entrance ,i walked to entrance and had forgotten my mask so asked the lady if she had an xtra one and she says yes but its $3 and i was like are you serious and she says yes so i had to walk all the way back to my vehicle to get one with my sore back . I have given this store a lot of money for glasses and i get asked for $ 3 for a $1 mask which in my mind you should have just given it to a customer for nothing as i am sure a 1 dollar mask would not bankrupt you. I dont know if i will continue business with yas, and to clarify i have spent 2600 in lthe last year

Bought very expensive glasses 16 months ago, had to have major work done less than a year ago on frames and now the frames are still tight and a lens is lost. They expect me to pay full cost and be happy. I will never use this establishment again. Huge ripoff

Positive experience getting glasses for my mother in long term care. Inova took the prescription off of her very old glasses, I chose a similar frame and then Inova staff went to Hastings Manor to fit them for her. Would definitely continue to use Inova again.

Each staff member will give you a different price on the same pair of glasses. Wanna come back later that day? Well prices changed again and theres suddenly extra fees they "forgot to mention". Dont waste time or money here.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. I have been going to Inova since a young child and not ever have I experienced this kind of service before. I went in today to pick up my contacts, I was waiting at the counter for 10+ minutes before I was even acknowledged by the staff. Not impressed at all.

I went to Inova last night with my 9 year old to pick out her very first pair of glasses. We were greeting right away and helped through the whole process. The customer service was wonderful and the lady helping was very attentive and listened to what my daughter was telling her and also let her know when the glasses she tried on didn't fit her well in the nose. Overall we had a wonderful visit, thank you very much Angie for help us.
