After a huge contact fitting struggle and multiple appointments at the optometrist across the street, Kathy offered to fit me and found a perfect fit on the first try. The service in this place is next level, and they gave me a great deal on 2 pairs of glasses. They really know their stuff here and if youre having issues with contacts I can't recommend this place enough.

They really do work with you to get you glasses within your budget, and they are all such lovely people! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If you have forgotten what it feels like to get excellent customer service, to be greeted with a smiling face, to be treated like you are an important customer, then take a step into this store! Staffed with a professional and very knowledgeable team of awesome ladies, who take the time to make sure you leave with the glasses that are perfect for your needs. I had a difficult time getting use to a progressive lense. It was the first time I have had them. I worried when I went back into the store about what could be done to just get a regular pair of lenses. Not only did the staff replace my lenses but also made me a pair of reader glasses all at no charge. They also fixed my previous pair at no charge(the bridge had to be replaced). I highly recommend this store!

Received exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in! Kathy and her associates went above and beyond to help me find the right frames and lenses to suite my needs and lifestyle. Even when I mentioned a frame I saw on the internet that I really liked they made it happen by finding a supplier and tracking it down for me! They also guided me to another pair of frames that suited my needs and looked good on me. Being a typical male shopper I wanted to get everything done in one visit, hence they took the time to actually listen and guide to me to something that looks great on me! They even gave me honest feed back on other frames I was considering lol For exceptional customer service and price I would highly recommend this business for both aspects!

Absolutely incredible service!!!! From start to finish, all the ladies in the store made my experience enjoyable and hassle free. Picking out frames has always been a difficult tasks – those of you who wear glasses know what I mean – but this time it was a fun experience. There was a delay in receiving my prescription from my optometrist; however, the girls made sure to follow up and put a rush on my lenses done. If you're looking for fast service and great affordable quality I highly recommend IDesigns Optical over any other place in the area.
