Always go on there, to pick up a lg bag of Royal Canin, for my two purebred Siamese fur babiez.. use their card alot, can't wait to either get our free bag,( think its your 12th?) Or the discount on the 12th..either..anyways, friendly staff, love how their mascots greet you, when they shop..

Probably my new go to pet store. Switch my pup to Fromm dog food and they were the only ones in town to carry it. Great selection on food, toys, treats and more. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help.

refuses to use cash during the pandemic and demands that all customers uses debit I dont like using debit so they refusing customers that CASH IS LEGAL TENDER and can not be refused! And always upselling items that are expensive

This place is nice, the one older lady here is a bit erratic and agitated, she gets your items cashed through as if she's annoyed you even woke up today. Other than that, it's the only place in Belleville I can grab Gigi's food .

Wonderful staff and service - have been shopping there for many years. Today's visit was no exception, in spite of COVID and the restrictions needed to serve customers, the employees did a great job getting pet food to the people. (In spite of one very rude customer who was in a hurry - they handled this difficult person with professionalism and kindness.) Love this place!

This Dupont store is awesome. I have an extremely picky Havanese and end up with multiple big bags of dog food she turns her nose up at. This is the only pet store chain that had small sample bags....saved me a ton of money finding a dry food my dog would eat AND they are CANADIAN! Adios Petsmart and Pet valu. I am now a Global Pet Food customer for life.
