Went to shop for clothes. Had a bunch to try on. Then found out the change rooms were closed. Apparently not enough staff to clean in between customers?! Heads up to other shoppers. We travelled an hour to find this out. Furious.

Lots of great outerwear. Beware, however. These are one of the stores where they constantly have a deep sale on, so dont be duped by a "bargain".

Sales staff are fantastic and the clothes are extremely good quality. They are fairly expensive, but if you wait, it will go on sale eventually. I love to shop the clearance rack. Lol!

Lots of awesome hiking wear, only problem is that everything here is too expensive in my opinion, which sucks because it's all really awesome goods. If you can afford I suggest going. But even on sale and awesome vest was like I think 60 or 80 dollars.

Customer service was severely lacking. Not busy in the store. Had to ask for help. The associate showed me the item I was interested in, then left me. The item didn't fit so I wandered around the store to find something similar. No one approached me. The associate was not busy with any other customers. I found what I wanted and paid for it. I was not thanked. I know these are troubleing times but there is no excuse for bad service.

I thought Eddie Bauer was an old lady's store but it's actually a cool person's store! I was looking for some good quality hiking gear and happened to go in during their colossal 50% off sale. The sales lady was very very helpful and patient with me. I bought a great jacket and pants and am super happy....I'll be back!

What can I say about Eddie Bauer except I really like their products. The location in the Quinte Mall has great staff and I can honestly say I enjoy going in there.

The selection there was very good and the environment pleasant but the sales people were very poor. One did not seem to know the stock or care about finding an item we were looking for (or offer other suggestions) and the other tried to ring a sale item at full price for my friend. I would not hurry back.
