I can't comment on the products they sell as I never received any service from them. I visited the store in early March, provided them with drawings and measurements of the cabinets I wanted and patiently waited 2 months and heard nothing back from them. Contacted them again in early May, received a reply saying my request was put in their designer's inbox again. Another month has passed and once again, no response. If you're looking for help on designing and pricing a kitchen then I suggest you look elsewhere as customer service seems to have no meaning for this location. 1 star seems too much to give.

Absolutely love this place. Their flooring selection is large and the carpet tiles are very affordable. They also have a decent affordable selection of cupboards. We are loving our new carpet and cupboards in our house. The staff are very nice and helpful while at the same time give you space and are not pushy. If you are looking for flooring or kitchen stuff I'd go here first before the big box stores.

Nice showroom. Stopped in twice to speak with sales man. Was told to leave a drawing and someone call back with a price. A few days went by and my wife called to see if they had got us a price. A week went by and I phoned one last time and was put on hold over five minutes. No one ever called us back. We moved on, and got a wonderful kitchen somewhere else.
