I had great success at the Scotiacentre location, but don't work downtown anymore, so I thought I would try the east branch out. Clint and his team have treated my family very well. They care for the person to make sure everything is just right. They took time before ordering and after to make sure the levels were perfect for my progressives. They go the extra mile to help you with warranty. I regularly recommend them to my friends and family.

Purchased glasses from here no problem, submitted my receipt to my insurance and was denied my claim. Again, no problem... asked point optical to send me something that said the type of lens I purchased at my insurance's request, Jessica's customer service was snotty and short, she seemed annoyed I asked. "I'm not sure what you're not seeing" "it says it pretty clearly", it wasn't the same reciept I was originally given... She said she resent a receipt by email, she didn't. I had to email them to ask for it was responded to with attitude. I won't be coming back just because of the poor customer service specifically from Jessica.

I've been in Calgary for the past 15 years and have never received the same customer service at an optical store as I have had at Point Optical.
