I have been a customer point optical for 17 years, the staff at point optical are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have it they will bring it in. I called the store on a Monday for a pair of Maui Jims that they didn't have in stock by Tuesday morning I had a phone call saying my glasses were in, now that's service. Every time you leave you feel happy and good about yourself. Thanks

Jill was great. There was one glitch, however...... The lab they send their glasses to was closed for a week after I chose the ones I wanted, and instead of taking 6 days to get them fitted with my prescription, it took two weeks!!! This was over the Labour Day weekend, so I think someone took a vacation and probably should have informed them that there would be a delay in the preparation of the glasses. At the end of the day, this was a fairly minor inconvenience, but it's something worth considering if you want your sun glasses for a special vacation etc....

Service and products second to none!!!! Staff is great, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all don't to earth and no sales pushy. Went to many stores in Saskatoon and could have saved time going there first. Excellent prices and great selection, and my glasses were ready for pick up in less than 48hrs.

Amazing staff! So helpful and polite and easily had the nicest frames after checking multiple different stores. Got a new set of glasses as well as prescription sunglasses. I'm so glad I decided to stop in while I was shopping downtown. I'll definitely be back when it's time for a new set of frames.

Have been going here for years, tried a new place last night because of a groupon I received. Put a couple pair aside there and stressed over whether they were "right" for me and just had an uneasy feeling about them...Had an appointment downtown and extra time on my meter so went to Point Optical to check it out. I don't know why I even attempted going elsewhere! The service was impeccable with a lot of variety in selection! The lady, Sarah, that helped me was AMAZING!!! We found THE "I can't live without" pair of sunglasses in 20 minutes top and at a better price! I love the service and appreciate all they do at Point Optical! Thank you!!!!!

Honestly the service is incomparable here. After going with the discount stores for years and being unsatisfied with the service, I decided to go to PointOptical to get my new frames and lenses in 2015. Service was great all the way through the purchase process. But what has really been fantastic is the after sales service. Fell asleep in my glasses once and bent the frame. "No problem, we will take care of it." Found some tiny scratches on my lenses after 1.5 years of owning the glasses. "No problem, we'll get you some fresh lenses." After years of being told "there's nothing we can do" by the discount glasses retailers, this is an absolute breath of fresh air. Can't recommend these guys enough. Won't even be looking at other places befor my next purchase.

Horrible experience!!! Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not worth your time to shop here. Prices are much cheaper for the same quality at other optical stores (I got mine from Factory Optical where the staff was so much better: very polite and willing to help)

I had to get my 7 yr old a pair of shades that would either clip on or go over top of his Rx glasses but his usual optical is closed at the present time. Gary took the time to try to make a pair of clip ons fit his glasses, but since he couldn't he brought out a pair of go overs and they're perfect! Decent price for a pair that will fit him for at least a few years and the customer service was superior! Thanks Gary!

I have received awesome service from all the staff at Point Optical (Scotia Centre). The owner Gary has been super helpful and his follow through is great! I had to go to another optical to have my frames tightened and they damaged the lenses. I spoke with Gary and he immediately ordered me new lenses and made sure that it didn't affect my warranty! Awesome customer service and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this Optical and will continue my business with them in the future.
