I went chose some glasses and was quoted 599 to 773 for the same glasses. Googled the company when I got home nobody ever heard of them. So if there not name brand what the hell are you getting charged for pfffft.

Amanda is fantastic, she was so sweet and upbeat that it made me decide to just find a pair I liked there because her customer service was so amazing I wanted to spend my money there over everywhere else I went. She doesn’t receive commission and still spent so much time with my indecisive self, she doesn’t pressure you into anything and makes sure you get the best prices and know of all the different options you have. She spent time making sure the glasses are properly fitted and everything’s just perfect and clearly makes sure everyone leaves happy. The thing that shocked me the most was she introduced herself and asked me and my mothers names and let us look around for as long as we did and then remembered both of our names when we decided to sit down and talk about prices etc. Highly recommend going in and asking for her if you plan on looking at glasses!

1 star because i have to.. Ordered two pairs, Dec.28. It's now Jan.12 and i still don't have my glasses. 1st story: Lena broke my frames and had to order new frames. 2nd story: Rael say's "sorry the truck didn't deliver" 2 weeks later and still no glasses... Would i recommend this store to anybody...Not a chance... Will i return ? Only to get my $807 back tomorrow... Will i tell everybody on social media about my experience ? Every chance i get.. Pearle VIsion - FAIL -

Me and my family love Pearle Vision. They got good customer service and attention to details. But i was kind of disappointed in this location because they don’t have a lot of high end brands for sunglasses such as gucci, prada, versace and burberry. The Square One Mississauga and Intercity Thunder Bay location got these selections. I’m not sure why they don’t have it in the Georgian Mall location. They just mostly carry Tory Burch, MK and Coach to name some.
