Don't trust these people!!They are awful.!They act like they will give you a deal then they rip you off. The optometrist wasn't there when I bought my glasses and I had to wait to get prescription lenses created after his holiday. I came in today and they said I missed him. I said I want my money back. He said he needed a receipt. I showed him the receipt from last month...he said "too long". I paid $307 for a pair of $20 glasses basically and the arm fell off the first day...and I called him to let him know. He was aware I was from out of town and would bring them in to get prescription lenses and fix the arm. I was to get two pairs also but he says the ones I picked were not one that qualified.This guy is a seasoned thief. One lie led to the next. I will be following up...believe me!!

WOW .. WOW.. WOW .. today I can truly say that the service I received was exceptional and I am a happy customer. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was shown a variety of frames with no pressure for me choosing the right ones within my budget and suitable to my liking. I just came from an eye test at Mapleview Optical. Had not had an eye test in some years as didnt have benefits and couldnt added glasss. My friend advised me to buy glasses online as its affordable. She said to make sue I got the pupil distance. After the exam I asked for my prescription and my pupil distance as I wanted to order glasses online. I was told I could have the prescruption but not the pupil distance.......as they didnt want to be held accountable If glasses didn't turn out! I told them I wouldn't hold them accountable I would sign a waiver. I also found once I said I wanted to order online their attitude changed! They would not give me my pupil distance....the receptionist told me they only take that number when you order glasses which is not true as over the years they always take that measurement before you go in for your eye test with the opthamologist. I was under the understanding that pupil distance is part of an eye exam. I would not have paid them to just get my prescription.......I wanted both.....not very happy will never return and wouldnt advise anyone to either...........

Thanks to Amir for providing my wife and I such great services over the last few years we have been his customer and friend. Being seniors on a fixed budget, Amir works with us within our budget restraints and provides a wide range of choices for glasses, frames and accessories. In addition to my regular glasses Amir has changed the lenses in my safety glasses, which I still wear on certain chores even though I am retired. Now he carries an impressive line of safety glasses which are a little more stylist than my old school ones. Through Amir’s business we have access to an excellent Optometrist and Ophthalmologist. Amir is great pleasant easy to work with , my husband and I had a great experience and our glasses are fabulous , I haven't seen this clear with my old glasses.
