My 3.5 year old felt super comfortable here, speaking to him directly and explaining things as they did them. They kept him entertained while testing my eyes and he even reached for their hands when they offered to help. The kids package seemed decently priced and hassle free. They made the whole experience easy and fun for both of us.

My latest two eye exams were at this location after a chance encounter when I inquired about 6 months ago. (My previous one was over 10 years before that!) I found their examiners to be patient and answered all of my questions. On my second visit, we discussed my options in more detail, as to frames & lenses, etc. Moreover, they displayed a pleasant sense of humour, making the overall visit so much more memorable. As Arnie so often says...... "I'll be back!"

I would highly recommend Little Lake Family Eye Care. Both Louise and Tahmina were patient and kind. They offer a wide range of frames for both adults and children at a very competitive price! I had eye surgery when I 4 and as a result, I am a very nervous patient. Both ladies were very understanding my situation and made me feel at ease.

I took my kids (ages 4&6) for eye exams and it was great. The office staff were so friendly and caring with us. Everything was very clean and they had a great process for sanitizing everything that was touched, keeping a limited number of people in the office and being quick and efficient with everything. The doctor was fantastic with the kids, she did a thorough exam and took lots of time and care to hear the concerns I had about the kids, and my vision after a year of virtual learning. She gave great suggestions and tips for healthy eye care. My daughter needed glasses and they were so great with getting her sized and helping her pick a pair from the large selection they have. We were so all happy and can’t wait to go back!

I had trouble with my vision recently. My most recent prescription for eyewear was basically for reading glasses. I saw Dr. Arieb and she completed a new eye exam, which ultimately meant that I needed new lenses to help me see properly during my everyday activities. I had a wonderful consultation with Louise, the optician, and she provided me with information about the lenses that would be of most benefit to my active lifestyle. I got new enhanced distance lenses put into my existing frame and my vision improved immensely. I can see so much better! I would not hesitate to recommend Little Lake Family Eye Care...both Dr. Arieb and Louise made me feel very comfortable during the whole experience!

Dr Arieb explains every step that she takes during her examination, and explains what she observes. This is very important to me, as I can appreciate the extra time that she takes in making sure that we are informed as patients and agree on the next step.
