I normally go to Dr. Chris Schell but I think after today I will go with Georgian Optometry from now on. Dr. Singh was thorough and personable - everyone at the office was lovely. It can be a scary experience when you allready have pretty bad eye sight and issues and they put me right at ease . Prices were good too. 5 stars !

They are great with my children and so patient with all of my questions as a parent. The quality of the Nikon lenses I received was acceptable and my spouse is content so far too. We will be repeat customers, I'm sure. It was my first time visiting Georgian Optometry as I’m new to Barrie. I was greeted so warmly and very quickly moved into the exam room. Dr. Singh was kind and professional; he took his time to examine my eyes and run multiple tests, only to learn that the prescription I had been wearing previous to my visit was not accurate whatsoever. I am grateful that Dr. Singh found this, as it’s solved many issues regarding my vision, comfortability and health. Not only was I fitted for comfortable and affordable contact lenses, but was also referred to Wayne to speak about my prescription glasses (purchased elsewhere with the wrong prescription). Wayne was very helpful as he quickly found a solution to my already expensive and unusable frames; I was able to use my old frames and add new lenses. I left my appointment very satisfied and will definitely be back for any future concerns!

I had an amazing experience getting my eyes examined. They used 3 high-tech machines to see exactly how healthy your eyes are. They staff here were very nice and have their covid procedures/guidelines well put together. It was a clean and safe environment. Dr. Singh was very kind and gentle. You can tell by his demeanor that he cares and enjoys what he does. Highly recommend this place to get your eyes taken care. Although the examination seems pricey if you don't have insurance, but it's really worth it!????

I also returned to purchase glasses from the clinic and the gentleman who I dealt with was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. My husband and I would give this place 10 stars if we could. Especially after receiving atrocious disrespect at another eye care centre, this place was a complete 180. Wade, the licensed optician, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just all around an amazing person. We both left with eye glasses we'll be proud of and excited to wear. I highly recommend this eye care place, their customer service is unmatched. Make sure to ask for Wade- you won't regret it!

I have been going to Georgian Optometry for a few years and have always been very pleased with Dr. Singh and the wonderful staff. Last evening I suddenly had black spots and a big floater appear in my left eye and feared I might have a detached retina. I was told to come in today right when they opened and the doctor saw me 10 min later. Luckily it all turned out okay but I just had to comment on how impressed I am by the professionalism, support and empathy I was shown. It's the second time I have had to be seen quickly and it is so reassuring to know that I can depend on them to come through for me.

Beyond disappointed with my experience. Showed up at 905am for a 915am appt with my toddler. Made to wait until 940 with absolutely no acknowledgement. I am a patient person and I understand things happen, but found this to be very unprofessional and frustrating. My toddler lost her patience sitting in the tiny waiting room for so long, so I politely told them I couldnt wait any longer and left. I got no follow up, no call offering a new appointment, nothing. Hard to support a business that doesn't respect people's time or circumstances.
