Always get amazing service here when looking to get snowboard gear. They have an amazing selection across a wide variety of brands and generally across the staff you can usually find one person whose ridden the board your looking at. If you're looking to get a new setup I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Well... I was browsing for new Snowboard equipment.... Then I stumbled on this store... There was this kid that provided me with a fantastic support... Very knowledgeable and not pushy... I did not buy anything. When walking around town we found their second shop which sells previous season stuff... Again this girl was amazing... She explained everything you need to know to make an informed decision.. we both two new sets of snowboards and bindings.

I had an excellent experience with the young lady who works at Rude Boys. Asked her about goggle lenses, they had the ones I wanted, but when I found out the price I said oh no thanks tis too expensive for this peasant. She was not upset with my cheapness, but actually went on to explain to me the science behind the lens' technology and why they are actually really good and worth the price and explained the reason that the price was higher than I was expecting. The knowledge she provided me with was enough to make me change my mind so I bought the lenses. Thank you for the great customer service and for explaining everything so well, the lenses actually are as good as she said, 'put-on-and-forget-they-are-there good'.

Great shop! I was in Banff for a few days of riding and broke a tow strap day 2. I didn’t want to buy a new set of bindings so close to the end of the season. AMY!! (I think was her name)... looked all around for an old piece of a strap (that I needed) to make it one more day. Amy rocks! Showed the character of the store, she wanted to keep my trip alive. I’ll probably order gear from them online in the future because of that visit. Thanks Rude Boys!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME shopping at Rude Boys snowboard shop. They are dishonest, have horrible customer service and justify ripping people off because they "cant compete with sportinglife dot ca" Their exchange policy and online order process is absolutely horrible. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your snowboard gear, there any many other good shops in banff. This snowboard shop truly lives up to their name.

I highly recommend Rude Boys! The staff were really knowledgeable and helped me with an awesome set up that suited my riding and budget. They then when above and beyond to assist me with a warranty claim and got everything sorted for me. A great crew who are really looking to help skiers and boarders out.

Great gear, great staff. Would be 5 stars but the staff didn't get 100% on helping me with decisions. There are a lot to make for a new snowboarder and while the staff know basically everything, I got a bit of a firehose of info without a way to clearly apply it.

There are couple of signs saying “all men’s snowboard 10%~15% off” in the store and front door. I also confirm with a staff about this promotion before I purchase. When I asked for Libtech Orca, they told me this one is not on sale (says by owner). So is this board for alien or something? Ridiculous!! Take off your sign!!

Being a Calgarian, I had always given my business to another shop for my snowboard needs for years. I have to say Rude Boys has earned my loyalty. I was looking for a new surfy, directional, volume shifted board. Not only did the get me a great board (Rome Stalefish), but gave me several options, explained the differences in all of them, and let me take my time to pick the right one. Awesome service, awesome sales crew, great selection! Go to this shop! You won't be sorry.

My son and I went into Rude Boys on Friday and received excellent service from Bruno. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but Bruno really went above and beyond helping my son set up for a full snowboard, bindings, boots, helmet, the works. Pretty disappointed. Bought a pair of boots 3 days ago. When I put them in my bindings they were too long for my board. Tried to return them and was told they were "used" and would not be accepted for any exchange or credit. Poor customer service.

Went in to the Banff location looking for a snowboard for out son, Minicky was very knowledgeable about all of the boards. It was our first stop of the day, so we left with nothing. We looked around at a few other places, the service wasn’t great. We went back to Rude Boys and Abby and Crystal were amazing!! We ended leaving there with a new snowboard and bindings for my son, new ski pants for myself and a new jacket and pants for my husband. The next day looking for a helmet, we looked around Banff, same thing, we were so happy with our service that we went back and bought myself a new helmet and goggles from Abby! We will be back and recommend this store to everyone!

Haven’t visited the store in-person, but I ordered a snowboard on their website. The board was shipped out really quickly and I received it the next day (mind you I’m ordering from Calgary). Was securely packaged thanks to the hardcore taping skills. I hope to check out the store next time I’m in town!

Even though I live in Calgary, this is my go-to snowboard shop especially since Mission closed. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. Whatever you're looking for, they'll get you the right gear and you're going to have a blast on it. I needed new bindings for the upcoming season and emailed them with what I was looking for - they offered to chat over the phone. I was looking for a higher end binding, but after discussing my riding style and what was going to be really important to me in terms of features, they recommended an option that was under $300 when I was willing to spend up to $500. Totally stoked to give them a try after missing this entire (shortened) season due to injury. On top of that, I told them I would be happy to come pick them up when lockdowns ended, but they shipped them to me anyway free of charge! Seriously the best snowboard shop in the world and I will always go out of my way to shop at Rude Boys.

These guys are beyond helpful. I live outside of AB and emailed asking for advice on some snowboard boots. I've been snowboarding a long time, have small hard to fit feet. I had issues with some other boots and not only did they give me advice on what might work for me as far as new boots, but also how i might able to make the old liners work (which weren't really old but from and ill fitting boot) so they aren't wasted. They even asked around a couple of gals in the shop. I was really impressed and would love to continue to support this business. Highly recommend.

I arrived in Banff for the season and had to buy everything (snow gears, snowboard and boots), so a certain amount of money. I went to Unlimited first were they were not understanding at all, probably because I said I will not buy items that day. I decided to go to Rude Boys, and on the contrary, they were really helpful and understood my situation (I couldn't spend that much money without take the time to think about it). I bought many things there and they were always welcoming and really nice. To summarize, good advices and customer services! :)

Kept going back for more and ended up buying all my gear here. Walked in with no idea and Aussie dude (think his name was Josh?) was super patient and went through all the different types of boards, bindings, jackets, gloves, socks, goggles etc etc and what they are best suited to. He showed me how to attach bindings to board and explained how to look after the board. Best place to go especially if you are a complete novice. Nice to have relaxed customer service without feeling pressured to purchase. Thanks legends! I'd give the Aussie a raise for sure!
