Really bad company, purchased 2 blouses worth almost $200. After 1 wash they lost colour and shrunk a bit. Contacted my local shop where I bought them and they said they can't help me, contacted Lole directly and no reply. Would avoid this shop at all cost.

Cute store and great selection. The make and design of their clothing just doesn't match their noticeably higher prices.

I went to a body image course here and was shown how to pick clothes for my body type. Everyone here is incredibly warm and wonderful and kind. The dresses I bought, I'm completely in love with. Highly recommended.

Worst costumer service in Banff. Very unfriendly staff. Weren’t interested in helping out at all. No wonder the store doesn’t seem to be busy ever.
