While on holiday in Banff, my nose pad broke off of my prescription glasses. I needed special tools and new nose pads. I stopped in hoping they could help me out for a reasonable charge. Not only did they greet me warmly and replaced both pads, they said there is no charge! A friendly place where they are truly wanting to help! Thanks!

Went in today and purchased a pair of Maui Jim's sunglasses. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. Jen always finds way to please the customers, she always make sure you leave happy. And now I recommend them to all of my friends and family⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The office was able to fit my husband in as an emergency, he’d started having eye pain while we were skiing in Lake Louise. They allowed for our drive time and fit us in right away! The eye doctor he saw was excellent... she had a great sense of humour as well!

While we are on a company trip at Banff Alberta. I accidentally drop my Eyeglass. Called Fairmont Spring Hotel reception and they suggested that I should visit FYI Doctor in Banff Alberta. I meet a very accommodating Lady named Jody. I handed my eyeglass and she fix it in less than 10 Minutes. When I ask for the service fee, She said it’s FYI courtesy Free of Charge. Jody is a bargain for FYI, I don’t know how FYI found this Lady, but I have been looking for this kind of character in a person to be my Teammate in our business. I have known FYI back in Vancouver for Excellent Service .. and was amazed by the same service even in other Province. I highly recommend FYI. Cheers FYI of BANFF, Alberta.
